Ao chegar no dia seguinte me deparei com a falta de estrutura, espécies de animais diferentes dividindo um espaço pequeno para banho e sem água quente. O proprietário alegou que o chuveiro quente havia quebrado, porém o funcionário do banho sequer sabia da existência desse banho quente. E se havia quebrado, porque não avisou a funcionária que atende as ligações? Péssimo. Perdi tempo e estressei a gata no ambiente impróprio. Ainda tive que devolver o shampoo do meu cachorro, pra poder estornar o que já havia pago. Apesar desse produto ser mais caro que em outros lugares, me submeti comprar porque precisava. Atrapalhou tudo. Totalmente desaconselhável
 I called the day before I went to see if there were cats for bathing and if the water was warm. Upon arriving the next day I came across a lack of structure, different animal species sharing a small space for bathing and no hot water. The owner claimed that the hot shower had broken, but the bath attendant didn't even know about the hot shower. And if it was broken, why didn't you tell the employee who answers the calls? Terrible. I wasted time and stressed the cat in the inappropriate environment. I still had to return my dog's shampoo, so I could refund what I had already paid. Although this product is more expensive than elsewhere, I submitted to buy because I needed it. It got in the way. Totally inadvisable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this clinic for our bunny. Once we arrived at the place, they requested 200reais(!) as an immediate payment, without us even having met the vet. After the treatment, they requested another 130 reais, for minor in-treatment medication, that they hadn't notified us about beforehand.
The whole experience felt purely transactional.
The two stars go for the vet, who tried her best, but it wasn't enough for a higher rating.
