★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui infeliz na experiência que tive com a loja, fiz a compra de uma capa para celular J7 Prime da Marca Motomo no valor de R$20,00, não me entregaram nota fiscal, eu mesmo coloquei a capa no aparelho e depois de uns 20 minutos já fora da loja tentei retirar a capa do aparelho e a mesma quebrou um cantinho bem pequeno, percebi que o plástico que reveste a borracha estava bem ressecado e quebradisso. Voltei a loja para tentar a troca e ouvi do vendedor que eu não soube retirar a capa e por esse motivo quebrou ele me sugeriu que fazer o uso somente da borracha que não poderia trocar. Eu insisti e mostrei que o plástico estava quebradisso mesmo assim me disse que não poderia trocar. Fui infeliz na escolha da loja diante de tantas eu escolhi fazer a compra nessa loja " Planeta Capas". Fica aí a minha insatisfação com direito do consumidor que por essa loja não é respeitado.
I was unhappy in the experience I had with the store, I bought a cover for J7 Prime phone from the Motomo brand in the amount of R $ 20.00, I was not given an invoice, I even put the cover on the device and after about 20 minutes already outside the store I tried to remove the cover of the device and it broke a very small corner, I realized that the plastic that covers the rubber was very dry and broken. I went back to the store to try the exchange and I heard from the seller that I didn't know how to remove the cover and for that reason it broke, he suggested that I use only the rubber that I couldn't change. I insisted and showed that the plastic was broken even so he told me that he couldn't change it. I was unhappy in choosing the store in front of so many I chose to make the purchase in this store "Planeta Capas". There remains my dissatisfaction with the consumer's right, which is not respected by that store.
