The service was excellent I have internet for many years with several companies Net Vivo etc .. and now playip and I have never been so well attended by someone so good professional who knows the subject and polite, friendly, attentive and understanding Play ip you guys are to be congratulated on the employee saw. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um plano de internet da playip a uns 4 anos e sempre que ligava ou entrava em contato por algum problema na internet era muito fácil o contato, mas agora de um ano pra cá aproximadamente estava tendo dificuldades em falar na central telefônica (só chamava) e quando mando pelo whats uma solicitação não tenho retorno, antigamente alguém entrava em contato, mas hoje nem isso acontece mais, agora mesmo tentei ligar e só chama isso porque preciso da internet pois trabalho em casa, ultimamente estão deixando a desejar.
atualização:
hoje dia 07/02/22 o Israel entrou em contato comigo e me explicou a situação, disse que estão melhorando essa questão da central de telefonia, por isso estou dando 4 estrelas, não é a primeira vez que falo com o Israel tive um outro problema com a internet a uns 2 anos e ele sempre foi muito atencioso, espero que continuem melhorando pois gosto muito do serviço prestado pela playip e não tenho interesse em trocar de operadora, creio que essa questão do atendimento será resolvida.
I've had a Playip internet plan for about 4 years and whenever I called or got in touch with an internet problem it was very easy to get in touch, but now for about a year I was having difficulties talking to the telephone exchange (I just called) and when I send a request through whats I have no return, in the past someone would get in touch, but today it doesn't even happen anymore, just now I tried to call and it only calls this because I need the internet because I work at home, lately they are leaving something to be desired.
update:
today, 02/07/22, Israel contacted me and explained the situation to me, said that they are improving this issue of the telephone exchange, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars, it's not the first time I talk to Israel I had another one problem with the internet for about 2 years and he was always very attentive, I hope they continue to improve because I really like the service provided by playip and I have no interest in changing operator, I believe this service issue will be resolved.
