★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I made a reservation to bring my 80 year old parents for lunch.
The reservation was for 13pm, and we waited in line to see the hostess for 15 minutes. At 13:15, the hostess said that the tolerance for reservations is 10min, and they refused to accommodate us.
Shame on Pobre Juan!

I have been here for both lunch and dinner and as long as you ask the waiter (very well trained and helpful) what cuts are recommended that day, there's no wrong option. For lunch they offer a 3 course meal that is more affordable but still very good. Definitely recommend this place it's meat, drinks, staff and view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this place after shopping for three hours. As soon as you walk in ambiance lures you in. Restaurant has really cool vibe about it plus amazing views of the city and river. We ordered way too much food and every single dish was better than the previous one. They have menu in English with pictures online which made a huge difference as well. I will come back here just for those churros.
