sábado por volta do meio pois não poderiam esperar a chegada do mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrela é só pelo pessoal da recepção. Fui a uma ginecologista da policlínica... Dra Maria Eliane...os resultados dos meus exames não foram todos tão satisfatórios, logo, ela pareceu se chatear... tentei tirar dúvidas com ela e percebi que as respostas eram totalmente incoerentes com minhas perguntas, como se ela não desse atenção a nenhuma palavra proferida por mim ... ela me olhou e acabou me dizendo que teria que ser rápida , pois ali era uma policlínica e o que eles visavam era quantidade e não qualidade. Senhora totalmente incoerente com os padrões éticos e médicos. Não recomendo a nenhuma paciente.
The star is only for the reception staff. I went to a gynecologist at the polyclinic... Dr Maria Eliane... the results of my exams were not all that satisfactory, so she seemed to get upset... I tried to ask her questions and realized that the answers were totally inconsistent with my questions, as if she didn't pay attention to any word I said... she looked at me and ended up telling me that I would have to be quick, because there was a polyclinic and what they aimed at was quantity and not quality. Lady totally inconsistent with ethical and medical standards. I don't recommend it to any patient.

Bom era Dr. Aldo e a esposa, essa de agora atendimento humanizado zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que tenha sido um dos locais em que minha idosa mãe tenha sido mais destratada de todas as vezes que pude acompanhá-la. A recepção é completamente perdida, não segue uma ordem. Quando ligamos, foi informado que era por ordem de chegada. E não é. Esperei 2:30h com minha mãe para que ela possa ser atendida e nem isso ela foi. Entraram diversas pessoas na frente que chegaram depois e não queriam esperar.
E eu não tô me referindo a UPA. Nas unidades de pronto atendimento do serviço público sempre foram mais ágeis.
Tô me referindo a uma clínica particular que não cobra barato.
Vergonhoso.
I believe it was one of the places where my elderly mother was most disgraced of all the times I was able to accompany her. Reception is completely lost, it does not follow an order. When we called, it was informed that it was on a first come, first served basis. And it's not. I waited 2: 30h with my mother so that she can be attended to and even that she was not. Several people entered the front who arrived later and did not want to wait.
And I'm not referring to UPA. In public service emergency units, they were always more agile.
I'm referring to a private clinic that doesn't charge cheap.
Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui fazer uma ultrassom abdômen total e paguei 110 pela ultrassom e 90 da consulta.cheguei na sala da ultrassom os médicos cavalos ñ fala com vc,ñ fala o que tá vendo na ultrassom,é um descaso.Ai vamos pra parte da consulta,cheguei na sala da "medica"ela nem perguntou o que eu tava sentindo,nem olhou meu exame e nem se quer o m3dicamento ela passou pra mim.So apenas essa médica falava dela e do seu filho,que eles dois tinham pedras nos rins e ela só iria fazer a cirurgia depois do covid,e eu fiquei na sala esperando o medicamento e a resposta do meu exame e nada,quando falei do medicamento ela apenas me respondeu que ñ era com ela,era com um médico neurologista que eu fosse procurar em outro canto por que l la nao tinha,então pra que paguei consulta se essa médica n passa medicamento?me senti lezada,pedi meu dinheiro de volta e se negaram a dar,Fui no posto de saúde e lá o medico me explicou tudo direto e passou medicamento pra mim,tive toda atenção do mundo diferente dessa "policlinica mangabeira".
I went to do a total abdomen ultrasound and I paid 110 for the ultrasound and 90 for the consultation. I arrived in the ultrasound room the horse doctors ñ talk to you, ñ say what you see on the ultrasound, it’s a neglect. in the "doctor's" room she didn't even ask what I was feeling, she didn't even look at my exam and she didn't even give me the medication. She just passed it on to me. Only this doctor talked about her and her son, that they both had kidney stones and she I would only do the surgery after the covid, and I stayed in the room waiting for the medication and the answer to my exam and nothing, when I talked about the medication she just answered that it was not with her, it was with a neurologist that I was going to look for in another corner because there wasn’t there, so why did I pay for an appointment if this doctor doesn’t give me medication? I felt sluggish, I asked for my money back and they refused to give it, I went to the health clinic and there the doctor explained everything straight to me and gave me medicine, I got all the attention in the world other than this "polycli single mangabeira ".
