★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato por telefone pedi para falar com um vendedor, pediram para esperar que retornavam a ligação, não retornaram. Mandei mensagem por Whatsapp visualizaram e não responderam. E da penúltima vez que tentei contato o vendedor fez atendimento pela metade e não me respondeu mais. Muito descaso. NÃO RECOMENDO!!

And the second-to-last time I tried to contact the seller, the service was half full and he didn't answer me again. Too much neglect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um veículo demoraram 10 dias dizendo que estavam fazendo revisão para entrega, me entregam o veículo após os 10 dias com duas buchas da bandeja estouradas, rolamento da Roda, alinhamento com volante torto, esse carro voltou a oficina por 5 vezes para tentar sanar problemas e mesmo assim não ficou bom, tive transtornos na transferência do veículo ninguém avisa nada, não fica a Deus dará, mais de um mês para transferir e só soube o que estava acontecendo pois fiquei atrás, liga para o vendedor, aí passa para o pós venda, que passa para o setor de documentos que terceriza o serviço complicado. Não sei se foi um caso isolado mas merece atenção. Resumindo, muita dor de cabeça.
A experiência não foi boa. Desse 3 meses de aquisição o carro ficou mais de 20 dias na oficina.
I bought a vehicle, they took 10 days saying they were reviewing for delivery, they deliver the vehicle to me after 10 days with two blown tray bushings, Wheel bearing, alignment with a crooked steering wheel, this car came back to the shop 5 times to try to solve problems and even so it was not good, I had problems in the transfer of the vehicle, nobody says anything, God will give it, more than a month to transfer and I only knew what was happening because I was left behind, call the seller, then go to the post sale, which passes to the documents sector that outsources the complicated service. I don't know if it was an isolated case but it deserves attention. In short, a lot of headaches.
The experience was not good. From this 3 months of acquisition, the car spent more than 20 days in the workshop.
