★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido via telefone hoje 20 27: Justamente para retirar no local e ser mais rápido. 21:00 eu vim retirar. Me informaram que levaria 20 a 25 minutos para ficar pronto. Cheguei aqui paguei. E n tinham nem feito o pedido. Nem em preparo estava. Perguntei o que estava acontecendo e me informaram que o pedido ainda tava indo para o forno e eu ia ter q aguardar mais d z minuyos. Ja são 21:39 e o pedido simplesmente não está pronto. Me informaram que era problema dentro da cozinha. Mas pessoas que chegaram para comer no local bem depois de mim, receberam todos os pedidos bem antes de mim. Ou seja. Não foi problema na cozinha. É falta de organização e responsabilidade. Fiquei exatamente 1 hora e 35 minutos da hora que pedi até agora que sai do local. Muito descaso.
