★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel com batatas de perna pra cima no meio da recepção, tv funciona só 3 canais, nitidamente sem manutenção há muitos anos, ralo do banheiro não desce água inundando o banheiro todo, impressora da recepção não imprime nota fiscal. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários esforçados na medida do possível. Durante o tempo do Checkin, 3 hóspedes esperando pra resolver problemas com os quartos. Terrível experiência.
Donos, se mexam, arrumem o hotel ou vendam pra quem quer tratar bem seus hóspedes.
 Hotel with potatoes upside down in the middle of the reception, the TV only works for 3 channels, clearly without maintenance for many years, the bathroom drain does not drain water flooding the entire bathroom, the reception printer does not print an invoice. Good breakfast. Employees as hard as possible. During Checkin time, 3 guests waiting to solve problems with the rooms. Terrible experience.
Owners, move, tidy up the hotel or sell to anyone who wants to treat their guests well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel tinha tudo pra ser muito bom, porém falta manutenção e gerenciamento. Apesar do quarto amplo e relativamente novo, o frigobar estava estragado, a descarga não tinha água, os controles do ar e da TV não tinham pilha e o banheiro não estava bem limpo, tinha restos do sabonete do último hóspede e alguma coisa não identificada grudada na parede do quarto.
Hotel had everything to be very good, but lacking maintenance and management. Despite the large and relatively new room, the minibar was damaged, the flush had no water, the air and TV controls had no battery and the bathroom was not well cleaned, there was remnants of the last guest's soap and something unidentified stuck to it on the bedroom wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto com vários itens quebrados (ventilador, mesa, suporte de banheiro). Não tinha toalha no quarto. Café da manhã tinha uma cesta cheia de frutas podres para "enfeitar". Atendimento ruim.
Room with several broken items (fan, table, bathroom stand). There was no towel in the room. Breakfast had a basket full of rotten fruit to "garnish". Bad service.

Não recomendo, o lugar não é feio, somente esta mal cuidado.
Room with a burned out lamp, sewage stink, dirty walls, terrible service, reception staff lazy to solve any problem.
I don't recommend it, the place is not ugly, it's just poorly maintained.
