★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre frequentei o poupatempo de santo amaro. Mas o do Taboão me surpreendeu positivamente. Atendimento muito bom desde as senhas até a retirada do documento. Super rápido. E ainda bem, pois estava com minha filha de 1 ano junto. E olha que fui em um dia que o sistema de senhas tinha dado pal. Foram muito solícitos.
I have always frequented the Santo Amaro time saver. But the one in Taboão positively surprised me. Very good service from the passwords to the withdrawal of the document. Super fast. And it's a good thing, because I had my 1 year old daughter with me. And look, I went on a day that the password system had given pal. They were very helpful.

Creio que era a pressa de voltar a conversar com outra colega, mas ainda bem que sou inteligente e conseguir imprimir outra via do comprovante de residência. Essa galera que trabalha com público deve aprender a resolver situações corriqueiras ao invés de simplesmente: "Vai ter que agendar um novo atendimento"

Fui prontamente atendida qdo tentei tirar uma dúvida. Já me encaminharam pro setor correto, retiraram a senha e rapidamente já fui chamada. Foi muito bom. Tem estacionamento gratuito no local, porém é pequeno. A localização não ajuda se for estacionar na rua. Senti dificuldades em encontrar vagas para estacionar.

I was promptly answered when I tried to ask a question. They have already forwarded me to the correct sector, removed the password and I was quickly called. It went really well. There is free parking on site, but it is small. Location doesn't help if parking on the street. I had trouble finding parking spaces.
