★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações não são muito boas. Café da manhã muito desorganizado.Porém tem boa localização, o preço é razoável.
Recomendo apenas para pernoite por necessidade.
 The facilities are not very good. Breakfast very disorganized. However, it has a good location, the price is reasonable.
Recommend only for overnight stay out of necessity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito, quarto organizado, porém muito pequeno, banheiro ótimo, o serviço maravilhoso, tem uma menina que fica no café da manhã baixinha que eu amei ela, local ótimo perto de tudo.
I liked it a lot, organized room, but very small, great bathroom, wonderful service, there's a girl who stays at breakfast short that I loved her, great place close to everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei pela primeira vez e não pretendo voltar, o ar condicionado não gela, cama não tinha lençol para se cobrir e sem toalhas, tivemos que pedir as toalhas, banheiro um ovo e o chuveiro não esquenta. Não recomendo. Bom atendimento dos funcionários mas a acomodação é péssima.
I stayed for the first time and I don't intend to go back, the air conditioning doesn't cool, the bed didn't have a sheet to cover and no towels, we had to ask for towels, bathroom an egg and the shower doesn't heat up. I do not recommend. Good service from the staff but the accommodation is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, tive um imprevisto e não pude comparecer, quando pedi o reembolso a pousada se negou dizendo que “devido vc nao informar que nao viria não tem reembolso.” Completamente injustificado e ainda por cima falado de forma grosseira. E mesmo antes disso tive problemas pra realizar o pagamento pois a pousada não informa no Booking como ele deve ser realizado, tive que ir atrás depois de já ter feito a reserva. Péssima!
Terrible, I had an unforeseen event and I couldn't attend, when I asked for a refund, the inn refused saying that "because you didn't inform that you wouldn't come, there's no refund." Completely unjustified and even rudely spoken. And even before that I had problems making the payment because the inn does not inform on Booking how it should be done, I had to go back after I had already made the reservation. Awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar poderia ser melhor, pois há estrutura, mas está muito descuidado. No quarto em que fiquei, não havia lugar para acomodar roupas, nenhuma mesinha de apoio, sequer suporte de parede para toalhas. Havia uma cama a mais, ocupando um espaço do quarto dividido por uma parede, a qual tornou o ambiente mais quente, pois nesse espaço é que estava o ar-condicionado e a janela, mas a parede impedia a ventilação. O café da manhã era muito desorganizado e com pouca opção. Ainda bem que fui para passar somente uma noite. Como o espaço e a localização são bons, acredito que possam melhorar as acomodações, mas por enquanto não está bom.
Place could be better, as there is structure, but it is very neglected. In the room I stayed in, there was no place to put clothes, no coffee table, not even a towel rack. There was an extra bed, occupying a space in the room divided by a wall, which made the environment warmer, as the air conditioning and the window were in this space, but the wall prevented ventilation. Breakfast was very disorganized and with little choice. Good thing I went for just one night. As the space and location are good, I believe they can improve the accommodations, but for now it's not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos às 16:45, fomos direcionados para o quarto 210, notamos a qualidade ruim dos travesseiros e lençóis, as toalhas manchadas e molhadas, voltei a recepção e informei o fato, solicitei o cancelamento, o funcionários muito prestativos me sugeriu outro quarto 207. Então assim o fiz; Porém acordamos com barata voando em cima da cama, consegui mata-la e jogar no corredor pra eles terem ciência que a pousada necessita dedetização.
O café da manhã é simples ( Bom ) os funcionários prestativos, educados em especial á Rayane, sempre atenciosa preocupada com o bem estar dos hóspedes.
We arrived at 16:45, we were directed to room 210, we noticed the poor quality of the pillows and sheets, the towels stained and wet, I went back to reception and informed the fact, I requested the cancellation, the very helpful staff suggested me another room 207. So I did; However, we woke up with a cockroach flying on top of the bed, I managed to kill it and throw it in the hallway for them to be aware that the inn needs pest control.
The breakfast is simple (Good) the helpful staff, especially polite to Rayane, always attentive, concerned with the well-being of the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was quite indifferent. The bed was alright except for some torn bedsheets but the toilet was positioned in a bizarre way where sitting down on it was almost impossible as an adult man. The rack to put your clothes was also broken. On the way to check out, we caught a glimpse of where they store the bedsheets etc and it was like an alleyway with some shelves in it. Very unsanitary. We skipped breakfast so no comment on that.
