★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here my entire 6 day stay in Sao Paulo. What a great deal! Good and safe location near high-end shopping and walking distance to the main avenue and metro station. The staff are very cool and the restaurant served good meals. I would stay here again, especially because of the value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't really stay in a hotel when I was in Sao Paulo, rather I stayed 'at home'; that's what being here felt like. Often I'd tell people, without a second thought 'I was going home' when in any other place I'd say I was returning to my hotel.
So, it feels like you're staying in a room at your family friend's house and this is helped by all the staff being super-friendly and welcoming, not least Lucia of course. Be warned, the made to order breakfasts are delicious and huge!
When I return to Sampa.. I'll head home.

Tucked away on a quiet street right off of Avenida Paulista, Pousada Ziláh is a perfect place to stay during a trip to São Paulo. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are unbelievable (see photo), and the breakfast plentiful and fresh. I would reccomend this Pousada to anyone staying in SP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast in one of the best neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. Lucia, the host, is thoughtful, professional and kind. The rustic mansion is a true gem, elegant comfortable and welcoming, with an astounding garden throughout the property. Breakfast is top notch. Pet friendly on top of everything! Highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine and beautiful pousada near downown Sao Paulo, close to the Paulista metro stop. Lucia believes in slow and natural living, the breakfast was handmade with quality ingredients - many from her own yard. She was very friendly and helpful, even printing some documents for me and letting me borrow an umbrella during the torrential rains. Highly recommend Pousada Zilah for a retreat from the chaos of the city. Lucia is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful stay! Did a girls weekend with my mom and grandma here and it was amazing. The staff is so kind and they go above and beyond. This pousada is a hidden gem in the middle of the concrete jungle of São Paulo. Its full of plants, which makes it very quaint and relaxing. It’s a block away from a Main Street, so you’re able to get a little peace and quiet, yet you’re walking distance from so many main attractions. The breakfast here was also delicious!
I am an American/Brasilian but to all the English speakers out there, the owner speaks very good English.
HIGHLY recommend!
