★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial foi ótimo, porém, após o início do contrato de locação do meu apartamento, meus problemas começaram, tudo foi realizado de forma conturbada, os locadores se mudaram antes mesmo do contrato estar assinado, o deposito mensal era realizado dias após a data acertada em contrato, após minhas inúmeras ligações. Os inquilinos chegaram a colocar fogo na cozinha do meu apartamento, expondo os demais moradores ao risco de incêndio e a imobiliária foi omissa. Tive que interferir junto aos vizinhos, síndico e imobiliária, essa me deixando totalmente desasistido. No final do contrato os inquilinos deixaram diversos danos no imóvel (persiana quebrada, armário da cozinha queimado, ventilador de teto quebrado, porcelanatos do banheiro totalmente destruído por produto abrasivo, entre outros), e como não poderíamos esperar nada diferente dessa imobiliária, fomos surpreendidos pelo assunto “cheque caução”. O cheque caução que deveria ser utilizado para cobrir eventuais custos de reparo havia sido utilizado pela imobiliária para firmar outro contrato de aluguel de imóvel, antes do distrato do meu imóvel ser firmado.
 The initial service was great, however, after the start of the lease for my apartment, my problems started, everything was done in a troubled way, the landlords moved before the contract was even signed, the monthly deposit was made days after the date agreed on contract after my numerous calls. Tenants even set fire to the kitchen in my apartment, exposing other residents to the risk of fire and the real estate company was silent. I had to interfere with the neighbors, the liquidator and real estate, which left me totally unattended. At the end of the contract, the tenants left several damages to the property (broken shutter, burned kitchen cabinet, broken ceiling fan, bathroom tiles completely destroyed by abrasive products, among others), and as we could not expect anything different from this real estate, we were surprised for the subject “deposit check”. The deposit check that was supposed to be used to cover any repair costs had been used by the real estate company to sign another property rental agreement, before the cancellation of my property was signed.
