O cara já me “chutou” na porta dizendo que não gosta de Ryzen (processador) . Se ela não gosta não irá fazer um bom trabalho com meu pc.
Terrible!
The guy already "kicked" me in the door saying he doesn't like Ryzen (processor). If she doesn't like it she won't do a good job with my pc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard, dono do loja, pegou meu computador para substituir o sistema operacional. Alertei que eu tinha dúvidas se era possível fazê-lo devido às características de fábrica do equipamento. Ele garantiu, como técnico profissional que seria possível, logo concordei em deixar o equipamento para que fizesse o reparo. Após 1 mês, devolveu-me o computador informando que não conseguiu fazer o serviço e me sugerindo que o vendesse. Ao utilizar o equipamento notei que o Store para instalar aplicativos não estava mais abrindo, o que não me foi informado quando me retornou o dispositivo. Fui novamente à loja e pedi que verificasse, na expectativa de que pelo menos me devolvesse o dispositivo como recebeu; porém ele se negou e me orientou novamente a vender o computador. É um Lenovo Yoga 11 original, inclusive o sistema operacional Windows e pacote Office.
Ao manifestar minha insatisfação, disse que eu deveria procurar meus direitos e não concordou em me fornecer a Ordem de Serviço atestando que a Projeção Informática assumiu a responsabilidade por efetuar o reparo. Sinto-me lesado e achei muito desonesto da parte dele não ter sido transparente comigo com relação ao que ocorreu.
Richard, owner of the store, got my computer to replace the operating system. I warned that I had doubts about whether it was possible to do so because of the factory features of the equipment. He assured me, as a professional technician that it would be possible, I soon agreed to leave the equipment for the repair. After 1 month, he returned the computer informing me that he could not do the service and suggesting that I sell it. When I used the device, I noticed that the Store to install applications was no longer being opened, which I was not informed of when I returned the device. I went back to the store and asked him to check, in the expectation that he would at least return the device as he received it; but he refused and directed me again to sell the computer. It is an original Lenovo Yoga 11, including the Windows operating system and Office package.
In expressing my dissatisfaction, he said that I should seek my rights and did not agree to provide me with the Service Order attesting that the Information Technology Project took responsibility for the repair. I feel hurt and I find it very dishonest that he was not transparent with me about what happened.

I took my notebook to pack and it was ready the next day, very quickly and it was not expensive on top of that. Richard is attentive and always concerned with a job well done. I recommend!
