★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu aparelho ficou 1 semana e não recebi o orçamento. Enviei msg e informaram que estavam procurando peças, 3 dias depois enviei outra msg e me ignoraram. Retirei meu aparelho sem orçamento e sem conserto, levei em outro lugar e consertaram em 3 dias.
My device stayed 1 week and I didn't receive the budget. I sent a message and they said they were looking for parts, 3 days later I sent another message and they ignored me. I removed my device without budget and without repair, took it elsewhere and got it repaired in 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficaram 2 anos com a minha maquininha de cortar cabelo da mondial, alegaram que as peças demorariam para chegar, atendimento foi péssimo, quando perdi a paciência e resolvi pegar o produto, eles alegaram que estava em outro galpão, e quando me entregaram, me deram outra maquininha no lugar, não são nada profissionais, não cumprem prazos, e ainda tentam enganar o cliente, não recomendo
They spent 2 years with my mondial haircutting machine, they claimed that the parts would take time to arrive, the service was terrible, when I lost patience and decided to get the product, they claimed it was in another shed, and when they handed it to me, they gave it to me another little machine in place, they are not professional, they do not meet deadlines, and they still try to deceive the customer, I do not recommend
