Sabe o que é você ter que ficar correndo atrás da gerente para ela alugar mais um imóvel, ligar por dias e parecer que está ligando para cobrar uma dívida,mas na verdade é para levar mais um imóvel à adm da Quality e a pessoa simplesmente fugir do contato? É a gerente Daniele. Um comportamento infantil e incompreensível no mundo dos negócios imobiliários. O que salva é a empresa que faz a assistência jurídica, com o Dr. Dalton que é EXCELENTE profissional. Salva-se, também, a profissional Fabíola que faz a gestão condominial do prédio que tenho apartamento e morava. Mas a Daniele e o setor de novos aluguéis, foge de novos negócios por meio da gerente Daniele. Se os imóveis fossem inteiramente meus, já não estariam mais sob a adm dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível fazer contato. O tipo de sala que preciso é muito específica e difícil de achar. Estou quase implorando para alugar uma sala que eles tem anunciado e não se consegue retorno de forma alguma. Telefone não consegue contato, OLX aparece horário da última visualização deles, mas não respondem, Whats App você fica em 1º na fila aguardando bastante tempo pro atendente mandar uma mensagem de apresentação e não responder mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca foi tão difícil alugar um imóvel. A comunicação via whatsapp é demorada, e muitas vezes recebemos mensagens genéricas. Quando pedimos negociação com proposta ao locador, recebemos uma mensagens genérica que seria inviável, ou seja nossa proposta nem foi ao menos ouvida. Apesar disso, ainda tínhamos interesse em alugar o imóvel, passamos a documentação, pediram mais, passamos as documentações faltantes. E cadê o contrato, cadê uma resposta? Absolutamente nada, seguimos esperando pelo whatsapp e e-mail, apenas recebendo mensagens automáticas. Sério nunca vi tanta dificuldade em alugar um imóvel na minha vida. Tá difícil, péssimo atendimento.

Despite this, we were still interested in renting the property, we passed the documentation, they asked for more, we passed the missing documentation. And where's the contract, where's an answer? Absolutely nothing, we keep waiting for whatsapp and email, just receiving automatic messages. Seriously, I've never seen so much difficulty in renting a property in my life. It's hard, bad service.
