The workouts are intense with a great stretch afterwards. She really helped me out while I was in Rio I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to loose weight and get in great shape.

I trained with her when she was living in Vietnam. She motivated me to achieve my goals. I had different trainer before but I much prefer her cause she’s very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend!

She was the best match for me as when I arrived my Portuguese wasn't go enough and she trained my in English.
She is goal oriented and very punctual. I love her coaching and we decided to continue online when I left Rio.
Highly recommended!

She does a very detailed and complete physical assessment and then makes a very intense customized plan. I felt the results quickly! She also made a pain that I used to have disappear! I highly recommend her!
