★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento , liguei para solicitar uma cotação, me pediram nome completo, cpf etc, quando recebo a noticia que como eu havia comprado anteriormente tinha um vendedor especifico e ele não estava , então solicitei que eu fosse atendido por outro vendedor e para minha surpresa a atendente disse que eu não poderia ser atendido somente com aquele vendedor ou seja não fui atendido e eles deixaram de vender mais de 50 redutores, nunca vi uma empresa criar tanta dificuldade para atender um cliente .
