★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram o serviço q foram pagos p fazer, ou seja substituicao de placa de ar condicionado q comprei uma nova com eles, mas faltou etica em levarem embora, sem o meu consentimento, a peca substituida. Isso n foi correto e se nao devolverem serao acionados a prestar esclarecimento perante a justica. Agora eu pergunto. Por qual motivo levaram embora algo q é meu e NAO os pertence.
They did the service they were paid to do, ie replacement of air conditioner board I bought a new one from them, but it was ethically lacking to take away, without my consent, the replaced part. This was not correct and if they do not return they will be asked to provide clarification before the justice. Now I ask. For what reason they took away something that is mine and does NOT belong to them.

Não respeitaram a distância mínima entre evaporadora e condensadora (3 metros) e deixaram as condensadoras coladas demais na parede. Poderiam ter caprichado um pouco mais na colocação do dreno e na limpeza pós serviço. Não voltarei a fazer negócios com essa empresa.
Although punctual and friendly, the installation left something to be desired in terms of quality. They did not respect the minimum distance between evaporator and condenser (3 meters) and left the condensers too close to the wall. They could have done a little more in the placement of the drain and in the after-service cleaning. I will not do business with that company again.
