Fiquei hospedada no Vila Galé Salvador e, como estava sozinha optei por fazer as refeições no próprio hotel. O serviço é buffet com almoço temático todos os dias e o jantar, embora não fosse temático não deixou a desejar. Adorei a comida e o valor principalmente.. R$ 65,00, por refeição.. e as sobremesas eram ótimas, prato cheio pra quem gosta de doces!
I stayed at Vila Galé Salvador and, as I was alone, I chose to eat at the hotel. The service is buffet with themed lunch every day and dinner, although not themed, was not lacking. I loved the food and the value especially... R$ 65.00, per meal... and the desserts were great, full plate for those who like sweets!

Resolvi experimentar a feijoada de sábado durante a minha estadia no hotel. A feijoada é, na verdade, um conjunto de feijões cozidos separadamente: tem a panela do feijão com carne seca, outra panela do feijão com costelinha, outra panela de feijão com pé, outra panela de feijão com rabo e assim por diante. Os sabores não se misturam como numa verdadeira feijoada. Não encontrei torresmo nem laranja. A farofa era muito fraca, parecia farinha com gordura. As sobremesas, incluídas no preço de 70,00, eram boas, mas o manjar era puro amido. O serviço deixou a desejar. Eu pedi um refrigerante assim que cheguei, mas terminei a sobremesa e o refrigerante não havia sido servido.
I decided to try the Saturday feijoada during my stay at the hotel. The feijoada is, in fact, a set of beans cooked separately: there is a pan of beans with jerky, another pan of beans with ribs, another pan of beans with feet, another pan of beans with tail and so on. The flavors don't mix like in a real feijoada. I didn't find crackling or orange. The farofa was very weak, it looked like flour with fat. The desserts, included in the price of 70.00, were good, but the delicacy was pure starch. The service left something to be desired. I ordered a soda as soon as I arrived, but I finished dessert and the soda had not been served.
