★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive alguns problemas com a empresa, conforme abaixo:
1. Se equivocaram com o horário de chegada de nosso voo. Quando chegamos no aeroporto, não havia ninguém nos esperando e tivemos que pegar táxis. A empresa me prometeu reembolsar esse valor, mas já faz 10 dias que voltei de viagem e nada foi feito ainda.
2. Tentei contato emergencial com eles inúmeras vezes, através de telefones fixos, 0800, whatsapp, e-mail... mas não consegui. Foram mais de 20 ligações.
3. Alguns dos serviços que me foram vendidos não foram cumpridos, como: • Recepção com uma placa em nome do passageiro no desembarque do aeroporto e / ou no lobby do hotel; • Garrafa de água mineral, amenidades e wi-fi no veículo; • Concierge 24hs durante sua estada no Rio de Janeiro;
Em resumo, esse foi o orçamento mais alto que havia cotado, mas resolvi fechar com eles mesmo assim pois meus clientes eram bastante exigentes e não queria correr nenhum risco de deixá-los insatisfeitos. Outro fator que contribuiu bastante foi a tranquilidade de termos um atendimento 24 horas, o que claramente não foi cumprido.O valor que paguei não foi condizente com os serviços prestados. Me senti muito prejudicada com todo o ocorrido.
Pontos positivos: apesar de tudo, a empresa me parece séria e profissional. Espero poder mudar essa imagem numa próxima viagem. Além disso, motoristas eram muito educados e as vans de ótima qualidade.
I had some problems with the company, as below:
1. They were wrong about the arrival time of our flight. When we arrived at the airport, there was no one waiting for us and we had to take taxis. The company promised me to refund this amount, but it's been 10 days since I came back from the trip and nothing has been done yet.
2. I tried emergency contact with them countless times, through landlines, 0800, whatsapp, e-mail ... but I couldn't. There were more than 20 calls.
3. Some of the services that were sold to me were not fulfilled, such as: • Reception with a sign in the name of the passenger at the airport arrival and / or in the hotel lobby; • Bottle of mineral water, amenities and wi-fi in the vehicle; • 24 hour concierge during your stay in Rio de Janeiro;
In short, this was the highest budget I had quoted, but I decided to close with them nonetheless because my clients were very demanding and I didn't want to run any risk of leaving them dissatisfied. Another factor that contributed a lot was the tranquility of having a 24-hour service, which clearly was not met. The amount I paid was not consistent with the services provided. I felt very hurt by everything that happened.
Positives: despite everything, the company seems serious and professional. I hope to be able to change that image on a next trip. In addition, drivers were very polite and the vans were of excellent quality.

Travelling from the Rio Airport was the best I have ever had. My driver was already waiting for me and he helped me with my bags. Anyone who is going to Rio must use Rio Airport Service for comfort and efficiency.
I am happy that I chose them and I will be choosing them the next time I travel to this wonderful city.
