★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento da minha vida, perguntei apenas se o protudo serviria pro meu cabelo e a atendente falou muito mal do meu cabelo, falou que nao tinha jeito e se eu quisesse procurava um salão. Fiquei procurando todos os protudos que eu queria sozinha, vendo dicas na internet e ja estava quase sem bateria.
Experiencia pessima, eu nao estava pedindo nada a ninguém, estava gastando meu dinheiro suado
 Worst service of my life, I asked only if the product would fit my hair and the attendant spoke very badly of my hair, said that there was no way and if I wanted to look for a salon. I was looking for all the protudos I wanted alone, seeing tips on the internet and I was almost out of battery.
Bad experience, I wasn't asking anyone for anything, I was spending my hard earned money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 300 vendedores dentro de uma loja minúscula. Falta gerenciamento nesse aspecto. Atendimento bem ruim também.. você tá ali escolhendo um produto e do nada entra um funcionário na sua frente pra mexer na gôndola (???)
Os caras que ficam na porta pra fazerem a segurança são bem desagradáveis.
300 sellers inside a tiny store. There is a lack of management in this aspect. Very bad service too... you're there choosing a product and out of nowhere an employee comes in front of you to move the gondola (???)
The guys who stand at the door to do security are pretty nasty.

Não pude fazer o pedido através do telefone somente whatssap porém me deixaram cerca de 40,50 minutos esperando, me foi informado ontem que meu produto seria entregue hoje e até agora ninguém responde no telefone nem no whatssap não recomendo a ninguém!!
Terrible attendance
I couldn't place the order over the phone only whatssap but they left me around 40.50 minutes waiting, I was informed yesterday that my product would be delivered today and so far no one answers on the phone or whatsap I don't recommend it to anyone!!
