★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja precisa melhorar seu sistema antifraude, uso os cartões do meu pai pra fazer compras na internet e a empresa que eles contrataram rejeitaram os dois que eu coloquei, demoram uma vida pra colocar como cancelado e nem ligar pro número dele (como dizem que ligam) não ligaram. Não tem telefone fixo pra ligar, apenas WhatsApp e não respondem o que eu pergunto, só repetem a mesma coisa. É impossível comprar nessa loja.
The store needs to improve its anti-fraud system, I use my father's cards to shop on the internet and the company they hired rejected the two I put in, it takes them a lifetime to put it as canceled and not even call his number (as they say they do. ) did not call. There is no landline to call, only WhatsApp and they don't answer what I ask, they just repeat the same thing. It is impossible to buy from this store.

Daí entrei em contato por whatsapp e me mandaram um link para comprar e não me orientaram em nada. Fiz o pedido dia 23/03 (via link) e até agora não chegou pq alegaram que eu não mandei o comprovante de pagamento. Mas não me pediram para mandar.
I'm super disappointed. I tried to make a purchase through the website for 2 days and I was having problems. Then I got in touch via whatsapp and they sent me a link to buy and they didn't guide me in anything. I placed the order on 03/23 (via link) and so far it hasn't arrived because they claimed I didn't send proof of payment. But they didn't ask me to send it.
