★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai de um hospital lotado, bagunçado e mal atendimento e ao chegar no Sabin pra ver alguns exames, simplesmente, me fez lembrar de como é bom ser bem atendido com gentileza e eficácia, com pessoas que fazem muito além do seu trabalho, te olham nos olhos e fazem de tudo pra você sair satisfeito... mesmo as vésperas de um feriado prolongado. Parabéns a toda equipe do Sabin. O mundo seria bem melhor se todos os serviços públicos e privados tivessem metade do bom atendimento que vocês têm.
I leave a crowded hospital, messy and poor care, and when I arrived at Sabin to see some exams, it simply reminded me of how good it is to be treated with kindness and efficiency, with people who do much more than their work, look at us eyes and do everything for you to leave satisfied ... even the eve of an extended holiday. Congratulations to the entire Sabin team. The world would be much better if all the public and private services had half the good care you have.

Fiz uma sorologia sexta feira, o laboratório pega a amostra e manda pra Brasilia, quando todos os outros laboratórios em palmas processam o material em palmas e emitem um laudo em ate 12 horas. Um laboratório de renome, com diversas unidades em palmas mais lento que o SUS?
A justificativa e o metodo que o exame e realizado, mas e a famosa desculpa de aleijado e muleta, pois ate os exames do sus são com mesmo método e com resultados rápidos e não morosos igual ao Sabin.
nao seria hora de mais compromisso com a população e começarem a processar os exames em palmas visto que vocês dominam o mercado da cidade e os pacientes muitas vezes não sabem da morosidade dos resultado do laboratório em relação aos demais?

wouldn't it be time for more commitment to the population and to start processing the exams with handshakes, since you dominate the city's market and patients often don't know about the slowness of the laboratory's results in relation to others?
