Tive problemas com um tênis ( mal usei e ele rasgou ) tive nenhum problema pra trocar pois veio com defeito . Resolvido sem stress , adoro a loja .
Store is excellent, attentive sellers, affection and care for customers.

No dia 13/04/19 comprei uma bolsa na loja do shopping SP Market, depois de 3 dias de uso, a bolsa começou a descascar, descosturar e o acabamento começou a soltar, tive que retornar a loja para fazer a troca por outra bolsa de outro modelo, o gerente se recusou a me fornecer a nota fiscal e disse que se houvesse qualquer problema com a nova bolsa era só voltar e falar com ele. Não compro mais nada da marca e não a indico a ninguém!!!
The salespeople are great, however, the brand is awful!
On 04/13/19 I bought a purse at the SP Market mall store, after 3 days of use, the bag began to peel, untwist and the finish began to drop, I had to return to the store to make the exchange for another bag of another model, the manager refused to provide me with the invoice and said that if there was any problem with the new bag was just go back and talk to him. I do not buy anything else from the brand and do not tell anyone !!!

Depois da pandemia eu fui fiquei descepcionada pois falaram que não podia provar o sapato ,sendo que tinha uma moça loira alta provando uma bota há bastante tempo pois dei uma volta no shopping e voltei ela ainda estava lá com a bota no pé...ou seja são selecionados os clientes que podem provar?depois de um tempo voltei lá pra saber na nova coleção Tay day e a vendedora grossa disse não vamos receber nada...sendo que eu pesquisei e disse que agora em agosto iria lançar nas lojas...sou apaixonada pelos produtos da santa lolla e vou comprar só pela internet pois a loja mais próximo de mim está deixando a desejar... Dafiti e zanttine são umas das melhores distribuidoras que eu já comprei...
