★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 2 pq compro sempre nesta loja hj estive lá uma moça do cabelo bem enrolado me atendeu e falou que não tinha mais cores nem outra no estoque da sandália q gostei quando cheguei em casa fui comprar pelo App e lá estava a mesma sandália de cores diferentes e no estoque para retirar na Óscar Freire - sabe aquela vendedora com ma vontade ? Talvez pq era uma troca ….
 I'm giving 2 because I always buy in this store today I was there a girl with well curled hair answered me and said she didn't have any other colors in the stock of the sandal that I liked when I got home I went to buy it through the App and there was the same color sandal different and in stock to pick up at Óscar Freire - you know that saleswoman with a bad mood? Maybe because it was an exchange….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro muito pelo app, raramente peço para retirar em loja. Bom comprei e coloquei para retirar nessa loja, fui depois de alguns dias que a encomenda já estava disponível para retirar.
Pois bem, consegui vaga perto da loja na oscar Freire, porém tinha 15 minutos liberados após isso precisaria pagar, como fui retirar não me preocupei em pagar o zona azul.
Avisei a menina do caixa sobre a retirada ela pediu para eu aguardar, continuo finalizando algo no pc, após isso uma vendedora chegou com uma compra e ela simplesmente passou toda a compra aguardo a cliente pagar que chegou depois, fui questionar e ela disse que tinha outra pessoa pegando o sapato. ( em nenhum momento ela avisou ninguém ) bom, chegou mais uma cliente para retirada e eu ali olhando o tempo. Após 15 minutos comecei a ficar nervosa e a questionar sobre quem estava pegando essa caixa, a menina entrou no estoque e outra saiu. Avisei essa também que estava demorando se ela podia ir lá confirmar, a mesma ficou de costas não me respondeu, chamei por duas vezes ela em voz alta perguntando se estava me ouvindo que isso tava ridículo. Ela virou e entro no estoque sem responder. Dei risada e olhei para outra cliente, em duas lá nada de descer do estoque, comecei a falar alto a chamar elas no caixa a voz alta e nada, fui até o carro e tirei da vaga coloquei em outra. Voltei na loja. Consegui receber a caixa depois de 25 minutos. Só tinha dois clientes na loja ainda provando sapato e nos dias para retirar. 25 minutos em duas para pegar uma sacola pronta e separada a dias. Em nenhum momento se desculparam, nem quando chamei atenção e a pessoa ficou de costas fingindo que não estava me escutando, essa atitude dela resultou no tom da minha voz elevado, precisei ficar chamando na porta, se trancaram lá por 20 minutos sem dar resposta, nunca vi isso na minha vida.
I buy a lot through the app, I rarely ask to pick up in store. Well I bought it and put it to pick up in this store, I went after a few days that the order was already available to pick up.
Well, I got a spot near the store at oscar Freire, but I had 15 minutes free after that I would need to pay, as I went to pick up I didn't bother to pay the blue zone.
I warned the cashier girl about the withdrawal, she asked me to wait, I'm still finishing something on the pc, after that a saleswoman arrived with a purchase and she simply spent the entire purchase waiting for the customer to pay, which arrived later, I went to question and she said she had someone else picking up the shoe. ( at no time did she warn anyone ) well, another customer arrived for withdrawal and I was there looking at the time. After 15 minutes I started to get nervous and to question who was taking this box, the girl went into the store and another one came out. I also warned this one that it was taking time if she could go there to confirm, she stayed with her back didn't answer me, I called her twice in a loud voice asking if she was listening to me that this was ridiculous. She turns and I walk into the storeroom without answering. I laughed and looked at another customer, in two there was no coming down from the stock, I started talking loudly calling them at the cashier in a loud voice and nothing, I went to the car and took the spot I put it in another. I went back to the store. I managed to receive the box after 25 minutes. There were only two customers in the store still trying on shoes and in the days to pick them up. 25 minutes in two to get a bag ready and separated for days. They never apologized, not even when I called attention and the person turned their backs pretending they weren't listening to me, this attitude resulted in my high voice tone, I had to keep calling at the door, they locked themselves in there for 20 minutes without answering, never seen this in my life.
