Mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Fomos comprar um PC gamer completo e não deram a mínima atenção.
O vendedor não dava informações a respeito dos componentes sem a gente perguntar, não somos leigos, não se esforçou nem para saber o que exatamente queríamos. Fomos para comprar, mas não teve jeito, parecia que estávamos atrapalhando, foi péssimo.
Não recomendamos.

But the service leaves something to be desired. We went to buy a full gamer PC and didn't pay the slightest attention.
The salesman did not give information about the components without us asking, we are not laymen, did not even try to know what exactly we wanted. We went to buy it, but there was no way, it seemed we were getting in the way, it was terrible.
We do not recommend.

Péssima experiência com o serviço de assistência técnica!
Enrolaram pouco mais de 1 mês com meu aparelho, não me davam respostas quando entrava em contato, a resposta sempre era: estamos testando o aparelho...
por final, disseram que meu aparelho não tem concerto, não souberam me explicar nada, apenas disseram que problema de placa.
Agora o aparelho nem da sinal de vida mais! grandes chances de terem queimado a placa do aparelho durante esse 1 mês de "testes".
NÃO RECOMENDO O SERVÇO DE ASSITÊNCIA TÉCNICA, E NÃO DESEJO A NINGUÉM PASSAR POR ESSE DESCASO.

Bad experience with the technical assistance service!
It took just over a month with my device, they didn't give me any answers when I contacted them, the answer was always: we are testing the device...
finally, they said that my device has no fix, they couldn't explain anything to me, they just said that there was a problem with the plate.
Now the device doesn't even show a sign of life anymore! high chances of having burned the device board during that 1 month of "tests".
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE, AND I DON'T WISH ANYONE TO GO THROUGH THIS NEGLIGENCE.
