★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro atendimento uma maravilha, porém não cumpre com o prazo, tampouco com o combinado, era para retirar meu carro no sábado as 17:30hs (segundo atendente Rita), porém qndo cheguei o local estava fechado retendo meu carro até segunda feira (sem estar pronto) a higienização deixou manchas no painel, e no tocante à lavagem não limparam os vidros e a lataria continuou suja. Desrespeito total com o consumidor.
 First service a wonder, but does not meet the deadline, nor the agreed, was to remove my car on Saturday at 17:30 (according to Rita attendant), but when I arrived the place was closed retaining my car until Monday (without being ready) cleaning left stains on the panel, and when it came to washing they did not clean the glass and the bodywork remained dirty. Total disrespect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, gastei mais de 400,00 para fazer uma lavagem completa do meu carro e foi como se mandasse lavar em um posto de Gasolina. alem do atraso para entrega, sumiram com uma peça plastica de dentro do carro. Se você tem uma BMW ou uma Mercedes talvez seja bem atendido.. eu como tenho um popular .....
Bad service, I spent more than 400.00 to do a complete wash of my car and it was like having it washed at a gas station. in addition to the delay for delivery, they disappeared with a plastic part inside the car. If you have a BMW or a Mercedes you may be well taken care of .. I have a popular one .....

My car a rav4 ugly crash from the front, along with Rita who gave me a great service, they left the new car, when I went to get the car yesterday 05/05/2022 the feeling was of getting the car at the dealership 0 km first time I use the service and from now on I strongly recommend a big hug to the show car team who did an excellent job on my car.
