★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastimavel meu gato estava trancado na casinha dele no meio da loja com a porta da casinha colada na coluna c pouca passagem de ar e visibilidade p ele ficar super esyressado. Ao me deparar c a cena patetica a veterinaria q estava no local disse q isso eh procedimento normal da smartpet p os bichos nao abrirem a casinha e fugirem. Ou seja se vc quer colocar seu bicho preso num recipiente c a unica passagem de ar encostada na parede esse eh o inferno perfeito

Regrettable my cat was locked in his little house in the middle of the store with the little house door glued to the column with little air passage and visibility so he would be super stressed. When I came across the pathetic scene the veterinarian who was in the place said that this is the normal procedure of the smartpet p the animals do not open the house and run away. In other words, if you want to put your animal trapped in a container with the only air passage leaning against the wall, this is the perfect hell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha marcado um banho e tosa para meu cachorro, chegando lá a atendente/ recepcionista foi super grossa e disse que "com certeza eu tinha marcado apenas um banho". Achei a falta de educação espantosa. Fui embora sem utilizar qualquer serviço, não volto mais. Era a primeira vez que eu ia nesse pet shop. Tbm insistiram que meu cachorro era muito pequeno (6 meses) para um amigo tosa, mas já chequei com veterinário e ele está completamente liberado, e outro petshop fez um trabalho impecável. Muita ma vontade.
I had scheduled a bath and grooming for my dog, when the attendant/receptionist arrived there, she was super rude and said that "surely I had just scheduled a bath". I found the lack of education appalling. I left without using any service, I'm not coming back. It was the first time I went to this pet shop. They also insisted that my dog was too small (6 months) for a grooming friend, but I've already checked with the vet and he's completely cleared, and another pet shop did a flawless job. Very grudgingly.
