Fui indicado para fazer esse orçamento com há sob medida planejados, onde fui atendido pelo Diego. Um ser de muita Luz além de ser proativo e atencioso. Desde o primeiro contato até a assinatura me tratou como uma pessoa da família e não apenas como um cliente em potencial. Esse atendimento e a paciência do Diego, juntamente com um projeto lindo que se encaixa perfeitamente no meu sonho de apartamento.

On 04/29/2022, I started another stage of my life. there is a conquest of my planned furniture, after a lot of search and several budgets. I was indicated to make this budget with custom-made plans, where I was attended by Diego. A being of a lot of Light in addition to being proactive and attentive. From the first contact to the signing he treated me like family and not just a potential client. This service and Diego's patience, along with a beautiful project that fits perfectly into my dream apartment.

Montagem de móveis tortos, com erros grosseiros de projeto para uma loja com arquitetos. não cumpriram prazo de entrega que ja passou o dobro do tempo e pela 5a vez em visita de montagem ainda não tiveram a capacidade de conseguir montar os móveis alinhados. Gaveteiro pela 3a remontado ainda não fecham as gavetas. Pior experiência cliente que poderíamos ter passado!!! E há 5 meses sem ter a cozinha por falha da empresa. Zero respeito e comprometimento.
Terrible! There was nothing made to measure. Assembly of crooked furniture, with gross design errors for a store with architects. they did not meet the delivery deadline, which has already been twice as long and for the 5th time in an assembly visit they still did not have the ability to assemble the furniture in line. Drawer by the 3rd reassembled still do not close the drawers. Worst customer experience we could have had!!! And it's been 5 months without having the kitchen due to the company's fault. Zero respect and commitment.

A Nicoly que me atendeu na loja, foi super solicita ao longo de todo o processo, respondendo as minhas dúvidas e fazendo as alterações necessárias. Dos lugares que eu cotei, foi o melhor preço e a qualidade é muito boa também!

Tivemos diversos erros no meio do caminho que exigiram mudanças no projeto, porém há 1 mês e meio NINGUÉM mais me retorna para vir resolver os problemas ainda existente e finalizar os móveis de vez. Faltam portas, acabamentos, prateleiras. Enfim, é cansativo.
It's been 5 months waiting for the completion of my kitchen. We had several errors along the way that required changes to the project, but for 1 and a half month, NOBODY returns to come and solve the problems that still exist and finish the furniture once and for all. Missing doors, finishes, shelves. In the end, it's tiring.
