★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me decepcionei algumas vezes. O controle de horários apresenta falhas. Remarcamos horários e somos consultados sobre agendamentos distintos. Por último fui colocar cílios e chegando lá havia um evento promocional de fotos. Foi muito enrolado. Gastei um tempo que enorme fazendo fotos e sai de la sem colocar os cilios. Me remarcaram para o dia seguinte. E a profissional faltou. Fiquei decepcionada! Falta melhorar muito!!
 I was disappointed a few times. Time control has flaws. We schedule appointments and are consulted on different schedules. Finally I went to put on eyelashes and there was a promotional photo event. It was very tangled. I spent a lot of time making photos and getting out of there without putting on my eyelashes. They rescheduled me for the next day. And the professional was missing. I was disappointed! Much remains to be improved !!

Começando pelo conforto das cadeiras que possuem regulagem automática, reclinar e deitam bastante, trazendo um conforto para a cliente. Achei interessante minha experiência no desing de sobrancelhas, pois fui atendida por duas profissionais, onde uma tirava os pelos do contorno da sobrancelha e a outra fazia o desenho mais fino. Material usado todo descartável e esterilizado. Também achei bem legal que eles aplicaram um gel super discreto que ajudou a definir minhas sobrancelhas que possuem muitas falhas e ficou super natural. Ao final do atendimento aplicaram iluminador para.finalizar o visual. Achei super legal! Eu recomendo o serviço de desing de sobrancelhas
I found the service very professional and differentiated. Starting with the comfort of the chairs that have automatic adjustment, recline and lie down a lot, bringing comfort to the client. I found my experience in eyebrow design interesting, as I was assisted by two professionals, where one removed the hairs from the outline of the eyebrows and the other made the thinnest design. All disposable and sterilized used material. I also thought it was really cool that they applied a super discreet gel that helped to define my eyebrows that have a lot of flaws and it was super natural. At the end of the service, an illuminator was applied to finalize the look. I thought it was super cool! I recommend the eyebrow design service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia a rede e embora tenha um serviço padronizado, achei caro e com pouca disponibilidade para o que a cliente realmente quer (como no meu caso, apenas limpar o desenho das sobrancelhas, sem nenhum tingimento, tratamento e passar mil produtos e maquiagem para sair toda montada). Acredito que a equipe seja treinada e tenha metas para bater porque a oferta dos produtos é incisiva e constrangedora porque tem uma hora que você só quer sair dali pelo tanto que tentam de empurrar produtos e kits caríssimos com o discurso de que “você precisa”. Também tentam de entubar um programa de fidelidade para um desconto pouco significativo.
I didn't know the chain and although it has a standardized service, I found it expensive and with little availability for what the customer really wants (as in my case, just cleaning the eyebrows design, without any dyeing, treatment and applying a thousand products and makeup to go out fully assembled). I believe that the team is trained and has goals to hit because the offer of products is incisive and embarrassing because there are times when you just want to get out of there because they try to push expensive products and kits with the discourse that “you need”. They also try to intubate a loyalty program for an insignificant discount.
