Fui indicar essa empresa para minha patroa comprar uma sauna em dezembro de 2018. O pagamento foi a vista no valor de 4.000,00 , pois até hoje 21/02/2020. Não entregaram o produto. E um Sr. De nome Ricardo que segundo funcionários é o dono da empresa troca mensagens dizendo que vai entregar e nunca entrega o produto. Inclusive hoje troquei mensagens com ele. Tomem muito cuidado pois age de má fé com o consumidor. Tudo o que estou falando tenho como provar. não índico para ninguém essa empresa.
I don't recommend it to anyone!
I went to recommend this company for my employer to buy a sauna in December 2018. The payment was in cash in the amount of 4,000.00, as up to today 21/02/2020. They did not deliver the product. And a Mr. Ricardo, who according to employees is the owner of the company, exchanges messages saying he will deliver and never delivers the product. Even today I exchanged messages with him. Be very careful because you act in bad faith with the consumer. Whatever I'm talking about, I can prove it. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Meu chuveiro parou de esquentar e solicitei um orçamento junto a Solar Rio, vieram na minha casa e olharam meu aquecedor e me cobraram 190,00 para resolver ( uma troca de peça e revisão elétrica) apesar do técnico ter retirado a pilha e ter colocado outra, não pediu para ligarmos o chuveiro para testá-lo.
Hoje chamei outra pessoa e o mesmo constatou que o problema era a pilha e me pediu para comprar novas pilhas, assim fiz! Comprei por 30,00 e o problema foi resolvido e sem custo de mão de obra!
Economizei 160,00 de esperteza alheia!
Bad experience!
My shower stopped warm and requested a budget along the Solar River, came into my house and looked at my heater and charged me 190.00 to resolve (an exchange of parts and electrical revision) despite the technical have removed the battery and have another set , did not ask us to turn on the shower to test it.
Today I called someone else and he found that the problem was the battery and asked me to buy new batteries, so I did! I bought for 30.00 and the problem was solved and without labor cost!
Saved 160,00 cleverness of others!
