★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geralmente eu costumo ir na loja toda semana, sempre fui bem atendida e a loja é boa encontro td que preciso, mas nessa segunda-feira 31/01/22 presenciei uma cena que foi bem constrangedora, na qual vi o gerente do local gritando e falando palavrões com um funcionário, que na hora pareceu muito constrangido. Acho inadmissível esse tipo de humilhação e tratamento com funcionários. Sou gerente, e nunca trataria nenhum colaborador da minha loja dessa forma, menos ainda na frente de clientes.... trago aqui minha indignação para que providências venham sido tomadas, e por esse motivo não voltarei a essa unidade.
I usually go to the store every week, I was always well attended and the store is good I can find everything I need, but this Monday 01/31/22 I witnessed a scene that was very embarrassing, in which I saw the manager of the place screaming and swearing to an employee, who at the time seemed very embarrassed. I find this type of humiliation and treatment of employees unacceptable. I am a manager, and I would never treat any employee in my store that way, even less in front of customers.... I bring here my indignation so that measures have been taken, and for this reason I will not return to this unit.

I really liked the store, attentive staff, average prices, a wide variety of products. I only make one caveat: loud, annoying music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um shampoo da Head & Shoulders e a impressão que tive foi que meu cabelo ficou mais sujo do que antes de eu usar o produto. Não costumo usar condicionador de tão liso que meu cabelo é. Lembrando que sempre comprei esse produto e nunca tive nenhuma reclamação. A primeira vez que comprei na loja o resultado foi totalmente diferente do produto que comprava em outros lugares.
I bought a shampoo from Head & Shoulders and the impression I got was that my hair was dirtier than before I used the product. I don't usually use conditioner because my hair is so smooth. Remembering that I always bought this product and never had any complaints. The first time I bought in the store the result was totally different from the product I bought elsewhere.
