Estou a 1 semana em contato com a empresa pedindo para conversar com depto comercial sem resposta! Fiz o preenchimento de uma ficha no site e não houve resposta! Ligo no telefone do site que dizem que é o telefone de contato e o numero cai no depto financeiro da empresa que diz que não pode passar para o comercial e que a única forma de falar com o departamento comercial é preenchendo a ficha no site! Que não funciona! pois não temos retorno! Acredito que o depto comercial deve ter muitos clientes, pois não estão atendendo e dando atenção a novos possíveis clientes!!! Desejo boa sorte!!! Mas a experiência que tive ao tentar receber informações sobre a empresa de vocês e marcar uma visita para levar minha operação para SOULOG foi péssima!!! Como será o atendimento depois de estar ai?
I am in 1 week in contact with the company asking to talk to the commercial department without an answer! I filled out a form on the site and there was no answer! I call on the website's phone, they say it's the contact phone number and the number falls in the company's financial department, which says that it cannot be transferred to the commercial and that the only way to speak to the commercial department is by filling out the form on the website! That doesn't work! because we have no return! I believe that the commercial department must have many customers, as they are not serving and paying attention to new potential customers !!! I wish you good luck!!! But the experience I had when trying to receive information about your company and make an appointment to take my operation to SOULOG was terrible !!! What will the service be like after being there?

Atendimento de primeira e ótimo serviço prestado. Meus produtos foram enviados aos meus clientes dentro do prazo combinado e com a qualidade que a empresa se propôs a fazer. Ainda mandaram brindes. Recomendo 100% !
First class service and excellent service. My products were shipped to my customers within the agreed deadline and with the quality that the company set out to do. They still sent gifts. I recommend 100%!

Contratei os serviços da Soulog esperando poder alavancar meu negócio, porém, o resultado foi o extremo oposto. Eles não possuíam controle algum sobre meu estoque, tampouco cumpriam os prazos que prometiam. Tive vários itens danificados em seu depósito, sendo que alguns produtos foram enviados extremamente SUJOS para meus clientes. O dano de reputação que sofri foi imensurável… Ao reaver o estoque que estava lá cheguei a receber itens com pena e sujeira de pombo. Simplesmente inadmissível! Outro erro que ocorreu mais de uma vez foi a troca de etiquetas entre um pedido e outro. Já quanto à gestão, ela claramente não existe. Os donos são arrogantes e se dizem a melhor empresa do setor, mas claramente fazem pouco caso de seus clientes e não possuem controle nenhum sobre a própria empresa. Há diversas outras empresas melhores de Fulfillment, não recomendo a Soulog a ninguém.
I hired Soulog's services hoping to leverage my business, however, the result was the opposite. They had no control over my inventory, nor did they meet the deadlines they promised. I have had several damaged items in your warehouse, some of which were shipped extremely DIRTY to my customers. The reputation damage I suffered was immeasurable… Upon recovering the stock that was there, I even received items with feathers and pigeon dirt. Simply inadmissible! Another error that occurred more than once was the exchange of labels between one order and another. As for management, it clearly does not exist. The owners are arrogant and claim to be the best company in the industry, but they clearly make light of their customers and have no control over the company itself. There are several other better Fulfillment companies, I don't recommend Soulog to anyone.

Contratei a Soulog em Setembro de 2020 para gerenciar o estoque do meu ecommerce e tinha grandes expectativas pelos vídeos vistos no YouTube com grandes nomes do setor de comércio eletrônico. A experiências prática se mostrou o exato oposto. Grande desorganização desde o onboarding, quando houve a explicação dos processos e integração de sistemas, com funcionários sempre atolados e não aptos para dar o suporte (ainda mais quando é sua primeira experiência no fulfillment), bagunça na contagem de estoque (nunca soubemos assertivamente nosso estoque), tivemos produtos enviados erroneamente, produtos chegando sujos para os clientes e muita dificuldade em chegar a um alinhamento do que estava ocorrendo, afinal nossa suposta gerente de conta nunca existiu. A liderança da empresa se mostrou bastante arrogante, enfatizando que eram os melhores do setor e tinham grandes planos de expansão. Não pude observar tais declarações na prática. Talvez tenha sido um momento difícil para a empresa quando estivemos lá, porém os 3 meses que permanecemos foram bem difíceis. Espero sinceramente que a empresa se estruture e possa corresponder à demanda do ecommerce brasileiro, como promete.
I hired Soulog in September 2020 to manage my ecommerce inventory and had high expectations for videos viewed on YouTube with big names in the ecommerce industry. Practical experience proved the exact opposite. Great disorganization since onboarding, when there was an explanation of the processes and systems integration, with employees always bogged down and not able to provide support (especially when it's their first experience in fulfillment), a mess in the inventory count (we never knew assertively our stock), we had products shipped wrongly, products arriving dirty to customers and a lot of difficulty in reaching an alignment of what was happening, after all our supposed account manager never existed. The company's leadership was quite arrogant, emphasizing that they were the best in the industry and had big expansion plans. I could not observe such statements in practice. Maybe it was a difficult time for the company when we were there, but the 3 months we stayed were very difficult. I sincerely hope that the company is structured and can meet the demand of Brazilian ecommerce, as promised.

Uso Tiny em minha matriz, e por alguma falha de comunicação apenas depois de assinar o contrato que descobri que a Soulog integrava apenas com Bling. Acabei seguindo com Bling, mas ele acabou me trazendo diversos problemas (como venda sem estoque por exemplo). Também tive alguns problemas onde eu não era notificado sobre problemas na operação, como por exemplo algum pedido que não fosse coletado por algum motivo (coleta não passou / falha na etiqueta). Soulog reconheceu a falha e se dispôs a fazer melhorias para notificar os clientes em casos de problemas (recebi essa nova notificação em meu último pedido não coletado com a Soulog antes de eu remover o meu estoque de lá). Pelo fato do sistema diferente, + problemas de postagens (gerados pelos marketplaces) acabei não tendo a experiência que eu imaginava, e acabei precisando migrar para outra empresa que aceite Tiny ERP.
I use Tiny in my matrix, and for some miscommunication only after signing the contract I found out that Soulog only integrated with Bling. I ended up following with Bling, but he ended up causing me several problems (such as selling out of stock for example). I also had some problems where I was not notified about problems in the operation, such as an order that was not collected for some reason (collection did not pass / label failed). Soulog acknowledged the flaw and was willing to make improvements to notify customers in case of problems (I received this new notification on my last uncollected order with Soulog before I removed my stock from there). Due to the different system, + posting problems (generated by the marketplaces) I ended up not having the experience I imagined, and I ended up having to migrate to another company that accepts Tiny ERP.

BUROCRÁTICOS e DESORDENADOS. Funcionários despreparados, daqueles que trabalham como se estivessem fazendo um favor para o cliente. Não consegui fazer nem dez envios com eles, pois encontrei enorme dificuldade e descaso em resolver alguns problemas na integração com correios. Para romper o contrato foi uma dificuldade, tive de recorrer ao dono para me ajudar, e ainda ouvi que como eu tinha poucos envios não era motivo de me queixar. Tempo e dinheiro desperdiçados. Procurei outra empresa de fullfuliment e hoje sou bem atendido. Há boas empresas no mercado, fujam desta.
BUREAUCRATIC AND DISORDERED. Unprepared employees, those who work as if they were doing a favor for the customer. I couldn't make even ten shipments with them, because I found great difficulty and neglect in solving some problems in the integration with the post office. It was difficult to break the contract, I had to turn to the owner to help me, and I even heard that as I had few shipments there was no reason to complain. Wasted time and money. I looked for another fullfuliment company and today I am well attended. There are good companies in the market, stay away from this one.

Without question the worst company that I have ever done business with. The attitude from the leadership of this business is nothing but arrogant and disruptive. Despite their claims of being the best in the business, and experts in fulfilment for e-commerce, they failed totally to provide any acceptable level of service. From the leadership down, they failed to answer calls and failed to answer emails, without us first having to chase them tirelessly, then we got told they are busy and someone will come back to us within the next few days, then the process repeated itself. Their inventory record keeping was appalling, as was their ability to keep a record of the goods they shipped to our customers (or that we collected from their warehouse personally), which led to a dispute over what goods they were still holding. What should have been a simple process of deducting orders shipped from inventory received, became a fight over why inventories didn't match, and why a significant number our items were missing, losing us thousands of Reals in lost sales. To secure our business they assured us that they would integrate with Tiny, then after months of further discussion and service problems, they advised us that they were no longer doing so. That in itself should not have been a problem, but their blatant arrogance and unwillingness to help our business, because we were considered to be too small to concern themselves with, led to continued problems. The staff turnover was also high, our account manager changing regularly. There appeared to be no internal account handover, meaning that we had to explain our company and business requirements many times to another new employee, who was also learning the Soulog business, and we had to spend hours searching back through previous correspondence, to share what had been previously agreed with Soloug but had now apparently changed, or to provide information on orders that had been shipped or collected previously. There were many other problems too which I am not going to detail here, other than to add that after the termination of our contract, it took several months for us to get a final inventory from Soloug, required for us to raise the necessary paperwork to arrange for the collection of our goods. I would not recommend this business to any company, especially to smaller businesses like ours, who need help and support, the impression we were left with was that this company promises but doesn't deliver and is only interested in supporting larger companies, this was something that came across very clearly from conversations with one of their Senior Directors. I believe that there is only one boss in a company, the customer! The customer can fire everybody in the company from the CEO / Founder on down, simply by spending their money somewhere else. Sadly, companies replace customers who make this decision with other customers, some of whom have a positive experience and remain customers. However, word eventually gets around and if you provide poor service and deal with your customers with arrogance, then before you know it, it is too late and your reputation damages your business. In my view, from my recent experience with this business, they need to change their attitude and think customer first. If I could give zero stars then I would! Soulog… your reply to my review says it all, it was no mistake, we used your company for three years and had nothing but pain, if anyone is thinking why wait three years to move, we were under contract and even when we did come out of contract it took months to get free of you because Soulog made it so difficult and held our stock. As for my other reviews on Google, what has that to do with anything? I review companies with poor service, based on my own experience, not hearsay, to warn others, if you want good reviews then get better.
