O rapaz que coloca a comida do prato …ele não coloca ele joga a comida ,a ponto de cair no chão ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido 11:40, a previsão era pra 12:30 e já são 14:00 ja fiz o pagamento pelo site (porque é o unico meio) e até agora nada, não tem telefone ora entrar em contato, o número que tem aí não funciona. Se eu soubesse que demoraria tanto eu nem iria pedir. Provavelmente vai vir fria a comida. Se puder não faça pedido nesse lugar horroroso e medíocre.
I placed the order at 11:40, the forecast was for 12:30 and it's already 14:00 I've already made the payment through the website (because it's the only way) and so far nothing, there's no phone to get in touch, the number you have then it doesn't work. If I knew it would take so long I wouldn't even ask. The food will probably come cold. If you can, don't order in this horrible and mediocre place.

If you can, choose the one from Guarulhos. Delivery is delayed and Portions at Spoleto Shopping Penha are halved and worse, you pay an additional prime to get 4 normal shrimp :-/ … the size of the pasta is smaller too, pasta lovers will understand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pelo site do Proprio Spoleto hoje 04/02/2021 fiz o pedido as 12h, estava previsto como 40 minutos para entrega, vi que estava demorando tentei ligar diversas vezes, ja são 17h o pedido não apenas não chegou como constou como entregue no app deles e me enviaram e-mail falando que o pedido foi entregue.
O pedido já foi pago via cartão de crédito no momento da compra, não recebi, ninguém atende e fiquei com o ônus.
Péssima experiência nunca mais peço neste lugar.
Atendimento Lixo.
Exijo meu dinheiro de volta, e que me provem o que afirmaram via e-mail de que o Pedido foi entregue, caso contrário abrirei um processo contra esse lixo de lugar.
I bought it through the website of Proprio Spoleto today 04/02/2021 I placed the order at 12 pm, it was expected to take 40 minutes for delivery, I saw that it was taking a while I tried to call several times, it is already 5 pm the order not only did not arrive but it was delivered in the app them and sent me an email saying that the order was delivered.
The order was already paid via credit card at the time of purchase, I did not receive it, no one answers and I was left with the burden.
Terrible experience, I will never order from this place again.
Garbage Service.
I demand my money back, and that they prove to me what they said via email that the Order was delivered, otherwise I will file a lawsuit against this rubbish place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 04/02/2022 fiz um pedido no spoletto do shopping penha as 12h45 o prazo estipulado para entrega era de 40 minutos, o pedido foi aceito pelo restaurante e foi pago online no momento do pedido, aguardei pelo mesmo por cerca 2 horas, estava com visita em casa que chegou a passar mal, caindo a pressão por conta da comida que não chegou, liguei diversas vezes para o restaurante e não fui atendido (tenho o registro de 30 tentativas registrado no histórico), e sem sucesso.
acabei pedindo em outro lugar acreditando que minimamente cancelariam meu pedido, até que cerca de 17h, recebi um aviso no email informando que o pedido tinha acabado de ser entregue, e nunca recebi o mesmo.
Entrei em contato por aqui me prometeram fazer o extorno no dia seguinte, se passaram mais de 10 dias e nada, nem mesmo o comprovante do extorno.
On 02/04/2022 I placed an order at the spoletto of the mall penha at 12:45 pm the deadline for delivery was 40 minutes, the order was accepted by the restaurant and was paid online at the time of order, I waited for it for about 2 hours, it was with a visit at home that got sick, the pressure dropped because of the food that didn't arrive, I called the restaurant several times and I was not answered (I have a record of 30 attempts recorded in the history), and without success.
I ended up ordering elsewhere believing that they would minimally cancel my order, until about 5pm, I received a notice in the email stating that the order had just been delivered, and I never received the same.
I got in touch here and they promised to make the refund the next day, more than 10 days have passed and nothing, not even proof of the refund.
