Tenho um bike da marca Caloi e e fui consertar o remendo do pneu que estava vazando, ontem dia 17/09/2020, e o funcionário condenou à câmara, dizendo que não tinha condições; autorizei a colocar outra câmara de pneu, porém eles não tinham a câmara específica e pediram autorização para furar o aro da roda para colocar a câmera de pneu que eles tinham naquele momento. Não autorizei e fui embora com pneu furado; detalhe cheguei na loja com ela pedalando e sai com ela com pneu furado. Ali perto reside um amigo que consertou câmara para mim e hoje dia 18/09/2020, pude pedalar tranquilamente.
Não recomendo, achei má fé, queriam faturar R$ 30,00 e um conserto de um remendo custa em torno de R$ 5,00. Na minha opinião foram desonesto e queriam danificar o aro da bicicleta.

I have a Caloi bike and I went to fix the leaking tire patch yesterday 9/17/2020, and the official condemned the camera, saying he was unable to do it; I authorized to place another tire chamber, however they did not have the specific chamber and asked for authorization to drill the rim of the wheel to place the tire chamber that they had at that time. I did not authorize it and left with a flat tire; detail I arrived at the store with her pedaling and left with a flat tire. Nearby lies a friend who fixed a camera for me and today, 09/18/2020, I was able to pedal quietly.
I don't recommend it, I thought it was bad faith, they wanted to earn R $ 30.00 and a patch repair costs around R $ 5.00. In my opinion they were dishonest and wanted to damage the rim of the bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei compra de uma bike no dia 05.09, o vendedor informou que os pneus com cravo não travavam, poderia realizar a compra tranquilamente que os pneus tinham a mesma funcionalidade dos lisos (não permitiram andar com a bike para teste), no meu primeiro dia de uso a corrente quebrou e os pneus para minha surpresa travam demais. No mesmo dia do ocorrido realizei contato com a loja, atende informou que poderia retornar na loja com pedido (não emitiram NF e não perguntaram se queria CPF no cupom), para ser realizado troca da corrente e pneus. Fui até o local, mas só fizeram o reparo na corrente e se recusaram a trocar os pneus, solicitado para falar com o dono do estabelecimento o mesmo informou que estava ocupado emitindo NF e não poderia atender. Atendimento péssimo, vendedor mau instruído. Não recomendo a loja para ninguém, pós vendas é péssimo.
I bought a bike on 05.09, the seller informed me that the stud tires didn’t lock, I could make the purchase peacefully that the tires had the same functionality as the flat tires (they didn’t allow me to ride the bike for testing), on my first day of I use the chain broke and the tires to my surprise brake too much. On the same day of the incident, I contacted the store, answered that I could return to the store with an order (they did not issue an invoice and did not ask if I wanted a CPF in the coupon), to change the chain and tires. I went to the site, but they only repaired the chain and refused to change the tires, asked to speak to the owner of the establishment, who reported that he was busy issuing invoices and could not answer. Lousy service, poor educated seller. I don't recommend the store to anyone, after sales is terrible.

Excellent mechanic who took care of me. Prices are reasonable, but I think it's because all products are quoted in dollars. Great selection of parts, including the disc brake adapter on the frame. Too bad it's not close to home...I recommend it.
