★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal legal, educado... mas só isso não é o suficiente quando falamos em prestação de serviço. 3 vezes que mandamos nosso cãozinho pra Stancia Pet Care e ela veio da forma que não pedimos. (Tosa)
A exemplo disso, é o cãozinho nesse calor ficar todo peludo sendo que pedimos para tosar e isso não foi cumprido. Ainda informaram que só corrigiriam na próxima vez que fosse solicitado um novo banho. Lamentável.
Nice, polite staff... but that alone is not enough when it comes to service provision. 3 times we sent our puppy to Stancia Pet Care and she came the way we didn't ask. (Grooming)
As an example, the little dog in this heat gets all furry and we ask to shave and this was not fulfilled. They also informed that they would only correct it the next time a new bath was requested. Unfortunate.
