★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência com a Janete (Jane) administradora dada imobiliária e tb corretora. Na hora de entregar o flat e encerrar o contrato aparecem as surpresas para dificultar o recebimento do caução e nota promissória. Tem que aguardar uma conta proporcional de luz e gás o que te obrigada a pedir o corte das contas para poder pagar o proporcional justo e só assim receber o que é devido.
A corretora Jane é extremamente grosseira, mau educada e intransigente. No contrato existem cláusulas que não foram respeitadas e o caução não foi devolvido imediatamente como consta.
EU NÃO FARIA NEGÓCIO COM ESSA IMOBILIÁRIA E MTO MENOS CON A CORRETORA JANE. FIQUEM ATENTOS!!
I did not have a good experience with Janete (Jane) as a real estate manager and also as a broker. At the time of delivering the flat and ending the contract, surprises appear to make it difficult to receive the deposit and promissory note. You have to wait for a proportional electricity and gas bill, which forces you to ask for the bills to be cut in order to pay the fair proportional and only then receive what is due.
The broker Jane is extremely rude, rude and intransigent. There are clauses in the contract that were not respected and the security deposit was not returned immediately as stated.
I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AND MUCH LESS WITH JANE BROKERAGE. STAY TUNED!!
