★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na loja 2, de primeira instância o vendedor parece uma lesma se der 2 tartaruga para ele cuidar 1 com certeza irá fugir! ??♂️ Após a compra vem a entrega, marcada para um sábado ok que o horário e comercial até aí tudo bem, no ato da compra disse que a entrega seria junto com a montagem, vieram me entregar nos últimos minutos e não realizaram a montagem pois iria chover ?!
Após a semana inteira esperando pela bendita cama, chegou segunda feira o dia inteiro para nós ligarem para dizer sobre a montagem. Tive que pagar para montar, acompanhei todo o processo de montagem ao qual veio peças com alguns arranhados! Atendimento tão péssimo que nem para ligarem para nós dar uma posição não ligaram, mandaram mensagem via WhatsApp isso segunda feira na parte da tarde??♂️
Não retorno a comprar, não indico e não recomendo. Que experiência horrível nesta loja.

After the whole week waiting for the blessed bed, Monday arrived all day for us to call to tell us about the assembly. I had to pay to assemble it, I followed the entire assembly process to which parts came with some scratches! Service so bad that they didn't even call us to give us a position, they sent a message via WhatsApp this Monday afternoon ?? ♂️
I will not buy again, do not recommend and do not recommend. What a horrible experience at this store.
