★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há um tempo que estou querendo comentar sobre esta loja mas acabo esquecendo, porém, depois da forma debochada que um dos vendedores se dirigiu a mim ontem, faço questão de comentar. A loja "física" é excelente tem excelentes e lindos calçados e bolsas etc. Mas o atendimento é péssimo! Tenho não generalizar mas fica difícil, já é a terceira vez que fui lá e não fui bem recebida, vendedores com má vontade, te respondem mal, pra fazer troca ai que é complicado mesmo, eles ficam revoltados e te distratam na cara de pau. Esse meu comentário em relação a loja de Duque de Caxias. Peço que acompanhe o atendimento de seus vendedores, dê um treinamento, ou, descartem esses que não sabem trabalhar com o público. Deixo aqui minha indignação.
I have been wanting to comment on this store for a while but I forget, however, after the mocking way that one of the salespeople addressed me yesterday, I make a point of commenting. The "physical" store is excellent with excellent and beautiful shoes and bags etc. But the service is terrible! I don't have to generalize but it is difficult, it is the third time I went there and I was not well received, salespeople with bad will, answer you badly, to make an exchange there which is really complicated, they get angry and distract you in the face. This is my comment about the store in Duque de Caxias. I ask you to follow the service of your salespeople, give them training, or, discard those who do not know how to work with the public. I leave my indignation here.
