They get rid of people by the social class they seem to have. I do not recommend it to anyone and the service is not good I went to salons q I was treated much better

Contratei (em julho de 2017) dois "day spa" que de spa não tiveram nada...comprei massagem de pedras quentes e fizeram a massagem mais barata, a justificativa da dona do estabelecimento foi que estava calor, mas deviam ter feito um procedimento de msm valor, no caso massagem com pindas e não um mais barato, tive que cobrar o ofurô, senao ficaria sem, esfoliação e hidratação corporal tbm não iam fazerr , apesar de já estar pago, e no fim acabei ficando sem o spa das mãos que paguei mas nao tive! Fui com minha mãe, nos pacotes estava incluso lanche da tarde, no mínimo este deveria ser servido para as duas em uma mesa, Serviram o lanche da tarde numa bandeja enquanto minha mãe fazia escova no cabelo(que por sinal ficou MT mal feita)!!!!!! Enquanto eu estava do outro lado do salão e me serviram em uma bandeja também! São detalhes que fazem toda diferença! O dia não foi nada agradável NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM, não foi um dia de spa e sim um dia de salão de beleza, levavam a gente pra cima e pra baixo, apesar do lugar ter boa estrutura para um day spa agradável, os profissionais não usam de maneira eficiente. Paguei mais caro do que se tivesse comprado os procedimentos separadamente, acreditei que o valor seria pela exclusividade e comodidade que um day spa proporciona mas nem chegou perto... Não fiz todos os procedimentos que paguei porque os profissionais não estavam cientes do que foi contratado. Fechei os pacotes com a dona do estabelecimento, gastei quase mil reais, no dia não me importei em ter em mente todos os procedimentos pois acreditei na responsabilidade e profissionalismo da equipe.. não sou de fazer barraco, simplesmente nunca mais voltarei lá nem pra requerer o que paguei e não tive. Planejava fazer meu dia de noiva la, ainda bem que tive essa experiência antes!!!!! Perderam cliente e não indico para ninguém !
TERRIBLE! NEVER GO BACK. I threw money away !!!!! I hired (in July 2017) two "day spa" that had nothing in the spa ... I bought hot stone massage and made the massage cheaper, the justification of the owner of the establishment was that it was hot, but they should have done a procedure of msm value, in the case of massage with pindas and not a cheaper one, I had to charge the hot tub, otherwise I would be without, exfoliation and body hydration tbm they would not do it, even though it was already paid, and in the end I ended up without the hand spa that I paid but didn't have! I went with my mother, the packages included an afternoon snack, at least it should be served for the two of them at a table, They served the afternoon snack on a tray while my mother brushed her hair (which by the way was badly done)! !!!!! While I was on the other side of the room and they served me on a tray too! These details make all the difference! The day was not at all pleasant I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, it was not a spa day but a day at the beauty salon, they took us up and down, despite the place having a good structure for a pleasant day spa, the professionals did not use efficiently. I paid more expensive than if I had bought the procedures separately, I believed that the value would be for the exclusivity and convenience that a day spa provides but it didn't even come close ... I didn't do all the procedures I paid because the professionals were not aware of what was hired . I closed the packages with the owner of the establishment, spent almost a thousand reais, on the day I did not mind keeping all the procedures in mind because I believed in the responsibility and professionalism of the team .. I am not a shack, I will simply never go back there or even request what I paid and didn't have. I planned to make my wedding day there, I'm glad I had this experience before !!!!! They lost a client and I don't recommend it to anyone!
