★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate um plano em uma promoção, todo certinho chegou o código de confirmação, respondi ele, ainda mandei vários email perguntando porque não se ponian em contato para fazer a instalação, conclusão, o atendente não completou a operação na tela e eu não entrei na promoção,na loja demonstrei todo e-mail mensaje de ZAP com sumicity reconocieron o erro deles e mesmo assim ao respeitarem o plano, vergonhoso uma atitude dessa institucional fiquei sorpreso e si não fora que me urgia ter internet aberta entrado no procon,mas na próxima fica pendente não vou a ficar pasar.

Para vir estalar é realmente rápido ,uma maravilha ,agora precisou de suporte ,morra esperando ,já estou a 4 dias tentando e nada,Uma coisa simples, eles transformam em transtorno.
Eu com filho pequeno ,que se destrai e faz as atividade com internet e eles nesse descaso ,lguei uma vez e falaram que o técnico iria no outro dia ,2 que estavam com problema técnico para cá , 3 que não vieram por (segurança pública) ,não sei em que favela eu moro pra eles colocarem esse motivo ,e a novela continua !!!!

It's really fast to come, a wonder, now it needed support, I'm dying waiting, I've been trying for 4 days and nothing, A simple thing, they turn into a nuisance.
Me with a small son, who gets distracted and does activities with the internet and they, in this neglect, called once and said that the technician would come the other day, 2 that they had a technical problem here, 3 that they did not come for (public safety) , I don't know what favela I live in for them to put this reason, and the soap opera continues !!!!
