★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É tão bom poder comer no Brasil algo que comemos fora e gostamos! Os burritos são bem recheados e aqui posso pedir o mais apimentado que dá pra comer tranquilo. Por enquanto, é o meu restaurante preferido no eldorado.
 It is so good to be able to eat in Brazil something that we eat out and like! The burritos are well stuffed and here I can order the most spicy that can give to eat quiet. For now, it's my favorite restaurant in the Eldorado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui esse final de semana no Shop Eldorado e ao final de um passeio, fomos comer na praça de alimentação. E eu acabei escolhendo o Taco Bell. De início, já percebi que tinha um fila para escolher e pagar. Até ai tudo bem. Mas não imaginava demorar 15 min pra ser atendido. Tinham 2 caixas, sendo que só 1 atendia. Ai percebi que o outro estava ocupando com os pedidos de Ifood, Uber Eats, Rappi etc. Mas como o Taco é rápido, até deixei quieto, pois minha noiva já tinha pego o jantar dela em outro lugar. O pior, é que depois demorou mais 20 min pra comida ficar pronta. Impossível isso .. restaurante deu preferência a compra por app e não para quem estava ali no local. Péssimo isso pro Taco Bell, pior ainda pra nós clientes.
I went this weekend at Shop Eldorado and at the end of a walk we went to eat in the food court. And I ended up choosing Taco Bell. At first, I realized I had a queue to pick and pay. So far so good. But I could not imagine taking 15 minutes to be attended. They had 2 boxes, and only 1 answered. Then I realized that the other was busy with requests from Ifood, Uber Eats, Rappi etc. But as Taco is fast, I even kept quiet, because my fiancee had already taken her dinner elsewhere. The worst thing is that it took another 20 minutes to get the food ready. Impossible this .. restaurant gave preference to purchase by app and not for those who were there on site. Bad for Taco Bell, worse for us customers.

Organized environment, very good service, understands what the customer needs, and gives good suggestions, amazing food! That pepper... is always present in the meal.

Fiz pedido através do Ifood, a entregadora não cumpriu com a entrega e a loja, nem se quer, entrou em contato comigo, para se desculpar e/ou resolver o meu problema. Tive que reclamar junto ao Ifood, pois, tentaram me extorquir, através do Ifood, cobrando taxa adicional para realizar nova entrega, o que, com certeza não aconteceria, pois, a única preocupação da Taco Bell do shopping Eldorado, foi encerrar as atividades dela, no horário (22h:00min). Lamentavelmente, desrespeito ao consumidor!! Péssimos!!
Bad experience! The one and only! I ordered through Ifood, the delivery lady did not comply with the delivery and the store, even if it doesn't want to, contacted me, to apologize and / or solve my problem. I had to complain to Ifood, because they tried to extort me, through Ifood, charging an additional fee to make a new delivery, which certainly wouldn't happen, because Taco Bell's only concern at the Eldorado mall was to close its activities , at the time (22:00h). Unfortunately, disrespect to the consumer!! Terrible!!

Tacos e nachos bem recheados e o preparo foi rapidíssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é muito boa, atendimento do caixa foi bom, porém a demora.... Aguardei mais de 40 minutos para o meu prato ficar pronto (dois tacos, nachos e refrigerante) uma demora além do aceitável por se tratar de um restaurante fast-food.
The food is very good, the checkout service was good, but the delay.... I waited more than 40 minutes for my dish to be ready (two tacos, nachos and soda) a delay beyond acceptable as it was a fast restaurant -food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo a comida do Taco Bell.... por isso gosto da praça de alimentação do shopping eldorado. Só acho que tudo é caro no Taco Bell, tenho certeza que é bem mais caro no Brasil.
I love the food at Taco Bell....that's why I like the food court at the eldorado mall. I just think that everything is expensive at Taco Bell, I'm sure it's much more expensive in Brazil.
