como todo mundo esta sabendo a TAP faz tempo que não esta voando, então depois de ter a passagem cancelada novamente, pedi o reembolso, a resposta da cestarolli foi .....
deposita 250 reais para poder seguir com o reembolso absurdo ..... eu liguei sozinho e resolvi obrigado Cestarolli nesse momento precisa ajudar não complicar as coisas

Só enrolam e falam que estão vendo. Hoje tive a surpresa que nem sabiam mais quem eu era.
I'm waiting for a refund that I could only ask for by the agency that issued it (information from TAP itself) since March 25, and I still haven't had a response.
They just play around and say they're seeing it. Today I was surprised that they didn't even know who I was anymore.
