★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes a entrega demorou mais de 1:30 e a pizza estava gelada. Entregador mal educado. Isso pq moro a 2km do lugar. Se estiver com fome esqueça peça num dia q no outra chega.
Twice the delivery took more than 1:30 and the pizza was cold. Impolite deliveryman. That's because I live 2km from the place. If you're hungry forget to ask one day q the next one.

A atendente disse que o motoboy já tinha saído, quando na verdade passamos a esperar por mais 50 min. Sim, demorou 50 min para entregar a pizza numa distância de 2,5 km.
Tempo total de entrega: 1h40min.
We ordered a pizza and the delivery time was 50 min.
The attendant said that the motoboy had already left, when in fact we had to wait for another 50 min. Yes, it took 50 min to deliver the pizza over a distance of 2.5 km.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência de pizza de Americana. Primeira coisa que eu perguntei, sobre a borda, pois gosto de borda de mussarela, então me apresentaram uma borda de 4 queijos. Achei sensacional, que experiência. Preço adicional 15 reais, mas pra uma borda 4 queijos, valeria a pena. Questionei até a moça que a borda deveria ser grossa, pra ser 4 queijos, porém ela disse que não sabia. Ok. Escolhi a pizza, deu 80 reais, somando a pizza, borda e entrega (na mesma rua) e aguardei ansiosamente com a família. Quando chegou, começou a decepção, caixa leve, aparentemente pizza pobre de recheio. Quando abrimos, vimos que o recheio realmente era mediano, mas a borda poderia compensar os 80 reais de pizza, quando então abrimos a borda, tinha uma faixa da finura de um lápis, que aparentemente era catupiry. Liguei lá e questionei, quando estão a atendente finalmente me revelou. Não é uma borda com 4 queijos, assim como a pizza 4 queijos, é uma bisnaga de catupiry, sabor 4 queijos... rs... O pior é que se a pizzaria, faz algo pra reverter a decepção do cliente, ainda vai... mas o que me foi oferecido foi uma foto da bisnaga, mostrando que nela realmente vinha escrito, sabor 4 queijos!!!
Worst pizza experience in Americana. First thing I asked about the edge, as I like a mozzarella edge, so I was presented with a 4 cheese edge. I found it sensational, what an experience. Additional price 15 reais, but for a 4 cheeses border, it would be worth it. I even questioned the girl that the border should be thick, to be 4 cheeses, but she said she didn't know. Okay. I chose the pizza, it was 80 reais, adding up the pizza, edge and delivery (on the same street) and I waited anxiously with the family. When it arrived, the disappointment began, light box, apparently poorly filled pizza. When we opened it, we saw that the filling was really medium, but the rim could make up for the 80 reais of pizza, when we opened the rim, it had a pencil-thin stripe, which apparently was catupiry. I called there and questioned, when they are the attendant finally revealed it to me. It's not a 4 cheese border, like a 4 cheese pizza, it's a tube of cream cheese, 4 cheese flavor... lol... The worst thing is that if the pizzeria does something to reverse the customer's disappointment, it will still go ... but what I was offered was a photo of the tube, showing that it really was written, taste like 4 cheeses!!!
