★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de difícil acesso, por conta das obras próximas ao local deixa no trânsito ainda mais caótico. Próximo à praia é escuro, tornando o lugar perigoso. Não é um local adequado para shows e festivais grandes.
Difficult access, due to the works close to the site makes traffic even more chaotic. Next to the beach it is dark, making the place dangerous. It is not a suitable venue for large shows and festivals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é um terminal marítimo, mas tambem tem um espaço onde podem-se realizar eventos. Como congressos. Foi o meu caso. Estive em Congresso nesse local. Nao sei o que era pior: o barulho dos navios descarregando contêineres durante as palestras, os funcionários gritando um com o outro, o teto balançando com o porjetor junto (parecia que estavamos assistindo o congresso de dentro do navio na verdade) ou a equipe de organização do TI, que a cada palestrante tinha que consertar imagem, som, iluminacao,... uma trapalhada. O local tem acesso péssimo.
The place is a maritime terminal, but also has a space where events can be held. Like congresses. It was my case. I was in Congress at this location. I don't know what was worse: the noise of the ships unloading containers during the lectures, the staff shouting at each other, the ceiling swaying with the gun along (it looked like we were actually watching the congress from inside the ship) or the crew. IT organization, which each speaker had to fix image, sound, lighting, ... a mess. The place has terrible access.

New equipment to provide services to the local and tourist public in Fortaleza. Current and modern architecture. Great facilities for Shows, Congresses, Conferences, Seminars and events in General. Good location within easy reach. With a spectacular view !!!!! At the end of the day the Sun does its show when saying goodbye !!!!! I recommend!!!! Approved with much praise !!!!
