★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ter sido a primeira vez do meu dog não gostei da demora .Deixei o scoot lá às 12:45 estava marcado às 13 horas ,como não me ligaram e não responderam minha mensagem fui buscá-lo às 14:35e não estava pronto ainda ,me entregaram às 15:10 .O coitado entrou dentro do carro apavorado ,veio debaixo do banco tremendo.Tenho certeza que não conseguirei leva-,ló para banho novamente.A atendente me disse que só tinha 2 pessoas hoje no banho ,teria sido menos traumático para o cão remarcado para o dia seguinte.
Because it was my dog's first time, I didn't like the delay. I left the scoot there at 12:45, it was scheduled at 1:00 pm, as they didn't call me and they didn't answer my message, I went to pick him up at 2:35 pm and he wasn't ready yet, they delivered me at 15:10. The poor guy got into the car terrified, came under the seat shaking. I'm sure I won't be able to take him to the bathroom again. The attendant told me that there were only 2 people in the shower today, it would have been less traumatic for the dog rescheduled for the next day.

First time my daughter and I went there to buy a little outfit for her little dog...I don't know the name of the person who helped us, but.it was a very impatient woman...I won't be back, I won't recommend it.
