★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosa, tem de tudo e ainda dependendo do valor dá para parcelar. Só não dei 5 estrelas por causa de uma vendedora sem noção que só porque eu disse que não precisava de ajuda e agradeço me tratou com ironia e ficou debochando. Mas a perfumaria é maravilhosa.
 Wonderful, it has everything and, depending on the value, it can be divided into installments. I just didn't give 5 stars because of a clueless saleswoman who, just because I said I didn't need help and I'm grateful, treated me with irony and was making fun of me. But the perfumery is wonderful.

Dude , The prices are good but the girls who work there pqp , It 's bad in morals first time I was the girl with short black hair , Came giving me a paint that instead of being pink it was a dark red , I hated the paint , Blz dps made me buy a shampoo that didn't provide such a Paris color elegance, don't buy this shampoo, It's not even the paint is horrible, My hair is falling a lot because of this bomb, This saleswoman said that the pantene I was going to take was bad, It wasn't as bad as her bad indication, I exchanged the good for the trash

A loja física é boa, bastante variedades e os preços são bons. o que é ruim: atendentes da parte de tintura, se metem a todo custo pra que vc leve o que elas querem. No meu caso, uma atendente me ajudou, depois veio uma outra se meter na minha cesta de compras e me perguntar quais tintas eu estava levando e fez cara de quem não gostou hahaha, profissionalismo zero. Precisa melhorar urgente esse atendimento...
Telephone support does not exist. The physical store is good, lots of varieties and prices are good. what's bad: attendants from the dyeing part, put in at all costs so that you take what they want. In my case, an attendant helped me, then another came to get into my shopping basket and ask me what paints I was taking and she looked like she didn't like it hahaha, zero professionalism. This service needs to be improved urgently...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem uma variedade enorme de produtos! E não só produtos baratinhos, mas alguns com um preço um pouco maior, mas que tenham uma qualidade um pouco maior também. No geral, gosto bastante dos preços praticados. O atendimento nem sempre agrada a todo mundo, mas eu posso dizer pessoalmente que eu nunca tive problemas com o atendimento de nenhuma atendente daqui!
The store has a huge variety of products! And not only cheap products, but some with a slightly higher price, but with a slightly higher quality as well. Overall, I really like the prices charged. The service doesn't always please everyone, but I can say personally that I've never had any problems with the service from any of the attendants here!

O ponto negativo e o fato de voce entrar na loja e o segurança sinalizar para outro funcionario ficar de olho isso constrange e deixa o cliente desconfortavel eu não volto mais nessa loja .
Observação estou me referindo a teruya da rua Rangel Pestana no Bras..
Prices a little above average, lots of variety,
The negative point is the fact that you enter the store and the security signals for another employee to keep an eye on it, this embarrasses and makes the customer uncomfortable. I will not go back to this store again.
