Bad service, I went to look for medicine for my dog and the salesman just looked at the shelf from a distance and said he didn't have it without even bothering to look.

Quando cheguei encontrei um cachorro numa gaiola que era do tamanho dele, o cão só conseguia mexer as patas para arranhar torres de pacotes de ração implorando para tira-lo de lá pois estava confinado numa gaiola entre pilhas de ração. Os funcionários estavam conversando e assim ficaram até eu pedir se podiam me atender. Para finalizar a experiência ruim, nao tinham o que eu procurava. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. When I arrived I found a dog in a cage that was the size of it, the dog could only move its paws to scratch towers of feed packages begging to get him out of there because it was confined in a cage between piles of feed. The employees were talking and stayed like that until I asked if they could answer me. To end the bad experience, they didn't have what I was looking for. I do not recommend.

O valor de um banho e tosa higiênica lado é o dobro do que paguei no mundo dos animais, por isso , pelo valor achei que ele não ia ser tão bom mas no fim a minha cachorra chegou em casa maravilhosa , ainda com alguns nós mais o pelo dela estava difícil! Mas banho dado perfeitamente e bem seca ,além de toda feliz !
I came from São Bernardo. The price of a bath and hygienic grooming is twice what I paid in the animal world, so at the price I thought it was not going to be so good but in the end my dog arrived home wonderful, even with some knots more hers was hard! But bath given perfectly and very dry, besides all happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe de banho e tosa é péssima, não estão preparados para atenderem gatos (apesar de oferecerem o serviço). Meu gato idoso voltou com pulgas depois da tosa e tão estressado que veio a óbito.
Uma infelicidade esse lugar. Traumático.
The bathing and grooming staff is terrible, they are not prepared to serve cats (despite offering the service). My elderly cat came back with fleas after the grooming and so stressed that he died.
Unfortunate this place. Traumatic.
