Se o produto não está nos padrões não venda...por isso TENHO CERTEZA que NAO EXISTEM PADRÕES. Venda o que tiver e como estiver. Só não fui devolver porque já estava fechado.
I bought a roast chicken today that came hard, dry, roasted. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE. R$ 28 thrown away. I keep imagining the other products. They shouldn't be different. NEVER. If the product is not up to the standards, don't sell...that's why I'M SURE THERE ARE NO STANDARDS. Sell what you have and how you are. I just didn't go back because it was already closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é excelente. Mas não dão conta de entregar aos domingos por exemplo - o telefone fica indisponível para não receberem reclamações, o que considero falta de respeito. Deveriam contratar mais motoboys e se planejarem melhor. Não basta somente qualidade, precisam atender com excelência.
The food is excellent. But they can't deliver on Sundays, for example - the phone is unavailable so they don't receive complaints, which I consider disrespectful. They should hire more motoboys and plan better. Quality is not enough, they need to serve with excellence.
