★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui bem atendido. Fiquei 30 minutos, não fui atendido, saí e fui para o concorrente o qual me atendeu com eficiência. Uma ressalva ( compra de R$21.558,00) entre janelas, portas, madeiras para deck e telhado.

Atendimento HORRÍVEL. O vendedor falta só enterrar, não tem proatividade nenhuma, não oferece e não tenta entender nada do que se quer, só sabe fazer as contas... além de ser debochado sem motivo.
Qualidade média dos produtos (janelas). Madeira é angelim, porém, cheia de emendas. Veio muito sujo, ao preço que são os produtos uma limpeza é o minimo. Meu pai ainda teve que ouvir que a sujeira é para conservar a madeira, logo ele que trabalha a 37 anos com o ramo, e ainda comece o dono...

HORRIBLE service. The seller just needs to bury it, he doesn't have any proactivity, he doesn't offer and doesn't try to understand anything he wants, he only knows how to do the math... in addition to being mocked for no reason.
